It's a budget option but the quality of the food is not that good, place is dirty, and you may encounter agressive homeless out or in the store. But thanks for the employees that try to do their best and deal with the difficult people.
Reasonable prices but this location is not great. Tables are always dirty, and I think they might be quite understaffed because the waits are long and they are a bit rude.
Delicious food! We went for the buffet and I would 100% recommended. A lot of vegetarian options but there is meat as well and it’s very tasty. I believe they have the best naan bread. Nice staff too. Will be coming back :)
1:47pm June 10thJust finished a medical appointment. Went to get a coffee afterward. Extremely rude cashier. I asked for a sleeve and it was thrown at me! If you hate your job so much quit! 100 people could replace you no problem! For a place that's so close to a hospital please hire someone's that understands basic etiquette. Disgraceful!
My bus stop is next to this place. Worst Tim Hortons I have everbeen. Someday something is wrong. Self order not working, Beef not available, Coffee machine broken etc etc.Cleanliness is awful. Uncleaned tables, floors, Overflowing garbage bins, Awful smell.. Dont even think of Dine-in. Affordable place for take-out...
The most disgusting washroom I see in a very long time. Went and got coffee at 2:30 in the afternoon and used the washroom did not touch anything so gross. Processed to inform the girl working behind the counter, came back at 7 pm to get coffee and use the washroom because I work down the road and it was the exact sane but worse.it was disgusting so I told them again. We will see if they decide to do anything this time witch I doubt the girl didn't seem to care. Way to do business Tim Hortons ???
I was told by one of the staff that it's the customer who should be the one saying hello, please, thank you, and goodbye. None of those niceties are up to them. They just take your money and serve you the food. Seriously. After they got my order wrong.

All 4 bathrooms were out of order, I counted 4 tables with dirty utensils and garbage on them. To be honest one of the worst Timmy's I've been in. The only good thing was a conversation with a pleasant young lady named Sierra. Shout out to her.
Your coffee is really great score the amount of personalization and customization you can add to it is in another level and you could very nice muffins with the melted chocolate interior and also it’s like half a half 1/2 light cake and the other one is a chocolate cake and everything tastes very balanced and hot in this cold days
