everything is wonderful. Food, the view and the service.

It was our last night in Vancouver and we definitely wanted fresh seafood, so we headed to Granville Island and the Vancouver Fish Company. It was a warm night and we got a table outside on the boardwalk patio with a view of the boats. The waiter was very helpful regarding the menu and we had Halibut and Sablefish, both very tasty. Nice atmosphere!

The boardwalk patio is a great location for watching the boats coming and going. We had the fish & chips, superfood salad, garlic bread and seafood soup. All were good but the menu and pricing are definitely for the tourist trade! The Tomahawk steak was reasonably priced at a mere $138.98 but maybe they are trying to convince you this is a fish place after all! The restaurant had run out of mussels by early evening so it is best to get there earlier! Service was excellent!

Our party of eight ordered a number of dishes including their famous Halibut Fish and Chips for dinner. I had the fish and chips a few times before for take-outs. It was great! Unfortunately, this was not a good day to go there - August 1st, a holiday. One of my guest had to returned the fish and chips because it did not looked crisp. The replacement plate look far fresher. The chips were fresher in colour compared to the burnt-out chips on my other guest's plates. My sister who travelled all the way from Singapore did not finished the one piece of Halibut nor the chips she ordered, I was too embarrass to complain and did not want to make a scene and spoil the family reunion. I did mentioned my disappointment to the waiter. He acknowledged it was busy. In addition there was a compulsory 18% gratuity for a party of five. A total waste of $287 for shoddy food. Not cheap at $30 a plate. You are better off going next door to Tony's Fish and Chips. TheVancouver Fish Company just lost a loyal customer. Going back to Sandbar or Cordero's .

Was a little too warm inside(needed some airflow) service was friendly. Food was plated very nice. Steak was overcooked but the rest of the seafood was perfect!

Our stop here for lunch encouraged us to go back for a dinner. The setting is perfect for a seafood restaurant overlooking the marina. The service was faultless and a very nice menu to choose from. I don't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Great food and service! Best seafood around!

Stopped for lunch while visiting Granville Island. The restaurant is nice inside but as others have mentioned, the patio is where you want to be. Covered and offering a nice view of the marina. I had the fish and chips and they were good, but I don't think worth raving about as so many others have. My wife had a cup of clam chowder that she was very happy with and a side of garlic bread. All in all, a very good lunch in a nice location. Many cheers .............

Recent award for best f&c in Vancouver and I can taste why. In addition to local beer, they put vodka in batter to assure lightness. Seafood linguine also good. Just left of crossing onto Granville Island. Lots of food court options in the open market on the island, if want that experience instead

Nice place, Nice seafood meal
