Excellent Excellent Excellent Just went there today to celebrate my sister’s birthday ? and we hit a prime seat on the patio! Our server Raj was very personable and friendly. Food was delicious, we got the 6 raw oysters , French fries ?, and the char fish ? with potatoes ? and coconut ? rice ?! Delicious! There was absolutely no downside! Exceptional service, from the hostess all the way us to the bartender! Can’t wait to come back again! ??

Tuna poke and fish and chips!

Delicious food. Fantastic service. Wonderful atmosphere

Big restaurant with different settings. Our server was Doug and he was super nice, always checking on us and giving us status of our food. Kudos to Doug!I recommend you make a reservation online as the place is busy and in high demand.Food was good and right sized. Do not expect big portions.I didn’t have the chance to picture the food … we were starving! Next time! ??

Even if you are not fan of sea food you MUST try this restaurant. Here we ordered Halibut, sablefish, crab cake, smoked salmon and roasted mushroom. All of them were top notch. Sable fish just melted in your mouth. Smoked salmon didn’t smell like raw fish and yet delicious. Super comfortable patio overlooking burrard inlet. Our server Amanda was nice and helpful. Waiting time for patio was less than expected, we were told it takes an hour and half but actually it was only 40 min in a busy weekend.

absolutely frikken amazing. thank you for a great dinner experience. till next time. cheers from the Sookie's??❤️???

Great food, service, and very friendly staff.

The food was great. Very fresh seafood. Our sever was amazing - he noticed I didn’t touch my drink and offered to take it off the tab. We had questions about the different oysters and he took the time to go and ask for clarification from the kitchen. The food was delicious and all the items were consistent. There was live music too. I would definitely recommend this place to you.

Made reservations for dinner here after the 'Made In Italy' show next door at the Arts Club and as usual, the Sandbar did not disappoint. The service is very good, still following Covid protocols upon arrival. We were a party of 4. Cocktails first, then starters, wine and entres. The Miyagi oysters were fresh and plump and the clamchowder was very good. My wife had the Albacore tuna and I had the Linguini Vongole which was very good but a tad too much chilli pepper. Our friends pizza was good but she commented that it has too much paste..but his mussels and fries were good. We finished dinner with the cheesecake and cappuccinos. Overall the food went down well. We'll return again when on Granville Island...

everything.. beautiful location. great food . and very friendly service
