First time going to the Roxy and there are a few things that have deterred me from wanting to go back.First, the doors were supposed to open at 8pm, yet we stood in the rain until almost 8:30pm to be let in. No explanation or apology given.Second, no beer on tap as everything is bottled. On top of the $10 cover, it cost a whopping $18 for two bottles of beer. When you factor the obligatory tip, you're spending $20 for sub-par brands of beer (kokanee, etc).Third, the music coming out of the speakers were uncomfortably loud. I've been to bars/clubs before and this was excessive. You had to funnel your hands over the persons ear to speak to them, and even then you were yelling your conversation. Was not an enjoyable experience at all. I suggest if coming here, wear ear plugs to avoid damaging your hearing.I truly wanted to give a better review because the staff were friendly... but for the price you pay, and the quality of experience you get, it was underwhelming to say the least.Biggest complement here is that the bathroom was clean, so that's a plus.

This place has so much good energy! DJ really knows how to fill the dance floor! He even played Sandstorm by Darude. Hands up and crowd exploded, blew the roof off the joint. Love the Roxy.

Good music. Nice vibe even for a Sunday . The bartenders were a bit rude with us. But overall nice place.

Despite the roxy being known at THE legend, I came on a Thursday night for a specific event and the vibes just weren't it. Super tough crowd. However, being able to see my favorite band, The Lily Dippers, made my night! They were the only band that could lure the crowd to the dance floor. Makes going to the Roxy on a week/work night, worth it. Will have to return on a Friday or Sunday to update my review. I know the Roxy can provide better!

Huge energy with the music. House band rocks so hard! Plus new acts will come all the time as well. Service was fast and they were constantly ready for their tables. The staff was really fun and engaging, they took time to be a part of the fun with everyone.10 stars for the re-opening of The Roxy!!So happy you're back and better than ever!

I went there for the first time for my 25th birthday and was fortunate enough to get Dave as my bartender. Thr club was great and he was absolutely amazing, fast service, great drinks, and friendly service. He even made me what he glad a birthday shot, wasn't sure exactly what it was but it was delicious, my friends and I kept coming back for more. We ended up leaving the Roxy to check out some other clubs bit returned shortly after for the music and our new favorite bartender Dave.

Had a great time watching live music. However extremely disappointed with the door charge policies.I spent $30 for 2 concert tickets, my wife was off work late and arrived at 9:30.Even tho I had a $300 bar tab, and pre-purchased 2 event tickets.... they insist you pay cover AGAIN because those tickets "expire" at 9. For a group which spent a couple THOUSAND in ONE NIGHT, their door policies are outdated and need review. After review it looks like the tickets were good till 9:30.This place will be happy to over charge and over serve.Service and staff are very friendly. Management needs to step it up if you expect continual growth thru this tough economy.

You can always count on a memorable night anytime you go to the Roxy, great live music and awesome staff. Drinks are well priced too, personal favourite is a perfect pairing of a shot of tequila and a Corona for like $11

Entrance fee is good (15$). No coat check (we were their Saturday night)Singer and live music was good

Great music! Courteous doormen.
