A nice Tonkotsu Ramen shop. I ended up going here twice on my last trip to Vancouver. The first time on purpose and the second time because Phnom Penh was too busy haha but I didn’t mind! This ramen is delicious. Better than anything available from my home city, Winnipeg, and comparable to Ramen in Japan! Both times I tried something different and so did my girlfriend. So we got to try 4 of their ramens. My favourite is the Black Garlic Ramen. Everything is the same as the original but they added some black garlic and roasted garlic oil; I love the taste of garlic and this definitely catered to my taste buds. The soup is a nice creamy pork broth that isn’t salty. The mushrooms were slightly firm and were a great addition to the ramen. I added the marinated egg and it was exactly what I was hoping for; marinated in sweetened soy sauce and boiled just right so the egg yolk was “custardy”.The Tsukemen was good. The best part of the Tsukemen was the noodles; the thickness and taste of them were spot on. The soup was good; it had some pork chunks which was soft to the touch. Not salty at all. I was hoping for the soup to be a bit thicker though. A plus to this choice is that it comes with bamboo shoots! I wish bamboo shoots and the thicker noodles came with the original or the black garlic ramen. The Red Spicy Ramen was ok. We ordered it at the spicy level of 3. It wasn’t anything special and wasn’t too spicy. I’d say less spicy than Shin Ramen instant noodle. It’s hard to taste the garlic with the spiciness. My girlfriend likes spicy food though; she liked this the least and the black garlic ramen the most.

food was very tasty ended up having extra noodles. nice firm and texture noodles, the broth was very delicious.

First and foremost, please excuse the presentation as we had already begun eating before taking the photos. Ive gone here during my highschool years and have always came back to curb my ramen cravings.Years later and I have finally decided to try Butchers Ramen to see whats changed. And still it is as delicious as I have first tried it.We ordered the classic and the vegan spicy chestnut miso ramen with the chicken karage on the side. Creamy, rich and not heavy, the Ramen was seasoned well. Chicken Karage was good, nothing mind blowing. Service was quick and accurate, nothing to complain about.I recommend Butchers Ramen to anyone wanting Ramen. The price is fair, quality is there, it will satiate you.

Really delicious soup. We chose the traditional ramen and a spicy seafood one. Both were just right. The noodles are al dente and the broth rich and flavourful. The presentation was lovely and the food came out fast. Service was courteous and friendly. Will definitely return.

Tried the classic and mini karaage mini don. The soup was hot enough, rich and creamy ?? they serve small ramen noodle but a little firmer than I expected. The karaage was crispy and well seasoned. The young lady server provided excellent service and smile. Pretty cool dinning environment. Recommend

Very tasty Ramen. Quick and efficient service. Very polite and friendly staff

Lots of good reviews which prompted my visit to this establishment. The ramen here is delicious but the appetizers here are mediocre at best. The Classic Ramen was pretty good and the noodle texture was perfectly cooked! The broth was rich, creamy, strong and packed a good punch with lots of flavours with each sip, though I found it to be on the heavier/fatty side, but still very good broth. On a nice cold day, it was very hearty and comforting. The Cha Siu however was dry, thin and did not have any flavour in it whatsoever. Even soaked with the broth, it was just alright.I also ordered the Chicken Karaage which was super meh as the chicken wasn’t very tender or juicy. On top of that, the batter was not fried properly nor was it very crispy and was extremely salty. I am no chicken karaage expert by any means but I love fried chicken and that was probably the worst I have ever had.The Okonomi Gyoza was second-rate. There was nothing special about it as the gyozas were small and the filling was stingy. At $8.50 for five, it is incredibly expensive.I did order takeout but waited a bit for my order to be ready and pretty much ate it within five minutes of pick up while everything was fresh. Unfortunately I will not be back as the ramen scene in Vancouver is growing and there are other shops with broth just as good and better appetizers.

Best Ramen, I have had, ever! The spice is on point, and Karage just adds to the taste, and the service is good. No complaints. I visit this place at least once in 2 weeks, so I'm definitely going to visit again.

On man!! The Ramen in this place is the best I've ever had!!! I got the black garlic Ramen. It was so delicious!!! Will definitely go back. We went at 2 pm so it was easy to get a table.

We ordered the Spicy Tsukemen and the Classic Ramen, both very good decisions made. Very hearty, calm and welcoming environment.
