Had a birthday dinner here and they were amazing.We had a large, loud group of people, but all of our servers were great!Very chill place right near the water, great food, amazing drinks.Thanks for an awesome birthday :)
The food was amazing but the service was terrible. I was there with my friend in the restaurant at 8:00 pm on a Sunday and the server dropped my beer and the glass was chipped, of course, I was upset because I could lacerate my mouth, I showed her but she did not say anything she just poured my beer and another glass, her attitude did not help at all, very poor service in that place.
I stayed for a week at the Best Western on Davies in Vancouver and was completely surprised by the attached pub restaurant! The food was awesome - delicious and filling. I had breakfast there every morning and the service was unmatched, anywhere, by the lovely Dana; always with her wonderful smile! A double delightful great way to start the day with great food and with the best service ever….

Came here by accident with my gf for breakfast since we changed plans at the last second, and oh my… by far the best accident ever!! The service there was great, and my gf and I had the Benedict’s and they both were seriously amazing, she is in definitely in love with your crab ? bene and no question coming back again for that and more! We live nearby so this place is such a treat! Cheers
Worst experience ever! The manager Heidi was aggressive and rude to us and refused to serve us because we added one chair to the table of four and wanted to sit 5 persons together. She said in very rude manner that we blocked the lady sitting at the next table, although the lady did not complain at all and told us we did nothing wrong. After that we asked the manager to clean our table and she actually kicked us out of the restaurant. It was the first time we ever experienced such an attitude. Unacceptable!❗️❗️❗️ As soon as we were asked to move to a bigger table by the rude manager, two of us decided to leave as they have already finished eating, so we moved the extra chair to where it belonged and there were only three people left at our table. The young guy who asked us first to move to a bigger table was very polite and offered it as an opportunity to sit more comfortably. He never said that was a rule or policy. If he did so we would move right away. But we considered it as just an offer. Anyway the way manager Heidi talked to us was disrespectful and aggressive. We still feel shocked and abused. And by the way, the lady who was sitting next to us had no complains whatsoever. Before leaving we apologized if we actually blocked her table, but she agreed that we did nothing wrong.Thankfully Vancouver is a great city and has lots of other nice places to eat and be served with respect.
I come here for the kareoke mostly. I've been a couple times when they didnt have kareoke and it's a normal pub. The prices aren't unreasonable. The food is decent. I wouldn't recommend ordering a cocktail, it's very much a beer and shots kinda place.
Best bar in English Bay. Possibly best wings in Van? Defo the best staff!! Sports bar with 25 taps, raffles and daily deals. Legends!!
AMAZING BREAKFAST!!!This place is a hidden gem for breakfast in the West End! My sister and I had shared the breakfast sandwich and the chicken and waffles, and we can't say enough good things about it. Definitely a must try! The mimosa tower was also a unique surprise and I would recommend for those who want a boozy brunch. All around amazing service and amazing food!
If want a simply delicious breakfast with huge portions, this is your place! You may consider ordering one breakfast and sharing it between two people. The service is excellent too. Enjoy!
