We were here for one night and a friend recommended The Keg. We were there for our anniversary and they seated us at a nice quiet booth for two. We ordered a wedge salad and a Caesar salad, both were a good size and well prepared. We both ordered 10 oz prime rib, my wife had the baked potato and I had the double baked. Both dinners were excellent. I should also mention that we started with warm bread and butter that we devoured. Dinner was filling but we splurged on the Billy Miner pie. It was mocha ice cream pie slice with caramel, almonds and chocolate sauce. We had no trouble finishing it and it was definitely worth every calorie! It is a huge dessert and we recommend sharing it. The server was prompt and cheerful. She was very efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. This place is not cheap and should be one for special occasions. It is great food and a real nice atmosphere. The next time we are in the city this will be our first stop.
Lovely service. Ambience is meh and pretty corporate. This could be forgiven except for the food. I ordered a rare steak and shrimp, my partner a medium rare peppercorn steak. Both steaks came very underdone - mine rarer than blue rare, and hers very rare. My shrimp was also cold. Steaks were good taken home, sliced and pan fried, but that's an expensive steak to have to cook yourself. Best part of the meal was the tasty and reasonably priced whisky sour and the bread with the delicious cheezy butter.
The service was amazing. I made an error in my order and the server very kindly helped me out.
We had the Keg burger , pork sandwich , sliders and baked potato. Very tasty! Service was top notch! Lime margaritas were half price so several in our group had those too! It was a very pleasant evening!
Food is good and that expected of the The Keg. Our waitress have been very helpful and friendly. Can't complain.
The Keg exceeded expectations! Steaks were good, of course, but vegetables and salads and veggie options were delicious too. Server Brittany was fun and knowledgeable and helped us select some delicious drinks. Great night out!
Went for an early anniversary dinner with my wife to this beautiful location as usual every thing was perfect, our server Maria was outstanding, the manager of this location was Bradley and he made sure our special night was up to the high standards that he and his staff deliver every night. Well done Keg, Granville Island
Only had drinks waitress looked after us so well
The food was good, but my husbandâs steak had a lot of grizzle, twice baked potato was too salty but changed it to a baked potato. Lobster was great.
