I heard lots of hype about this brand and decided to try their most popular drink. I ordered Deerioca Fever with soy milk. I asked for less ice however the server said it was not possible to adjust that which made me wondered why? It’s just the ice, you could scoop a bit less. But anyway, I was like fine and about $7 later I got the drink. Nothing special about it at all!!! I also didn’t like the texture of the pearl, found it was undercooked.
Service was quick, ordered the deerioca fever, but the brown sugar pearls were unfortunately hard in the center and not chewy or soft like most brown sugar pearls are. Disappointed as I paid $7+ for this drink :(
This is my favourite bubble tea place in the city. The tea flavour is exceptional, and love the different bubble options are the best! It's one of the only ones that offer Soy milk which I prefer. My go-to's are The Alley and Royal No 9. Service has always been good also. Thanks for making such great tea with great service!
The store was empty but I still had to stand there for quite awhile while the girl was prepping the takeout order ( she was closing the paper bag which took a looong time). I get she had prior order but she could've acknowledged me first. Especially since I'm an in-person customer standing there in front of her. Anyways, after that she did say hi so that's that. Nothing too majorly bad with service that I keep reading here about. Now on to the bbt I got.I'm a bbt connoisseur and I believe the basic milk tea is the base to judge most bbt store's bbt quality. If they can't make the most basic milk tea right then I don't trust their other drinks. So, I got their supposedly popular Royal no.9 Milk Tea in a large, no ice, less sugar with pearls. I was sorely disappointed, especially since I had expectations from reading reviews of this place. The bbt was watered down, no milky texture or taste, and their pearls were semi hard and tasteless. I read on their homepage that they make their own pearls...well I think they should improve on the recipe or the way they cook them. I want to like this place but I don't think I'll visit again.
Rarely go to downtown but every time we drop by, we got great customer service here. My sister came to claim her birthday drink and they were so kind to offer her anything she wanted from the menu. The cashier was also really helpful letting us know the new drink we wanted to try was a slush and gave us some more time to figure out what we wanted instead. Will be back ? Thank you!

Kinda slow service, boba was good as expected
I ordered a brown sugar fresh milk drink here. They have a funny name for it which is not worth mentioning - gimmicky if you ask me. The tapioca pearls were not well cooked and were stuck together and too chewy. They did not ask if I wanted ice in my drink and no other options for sweetness etc were offered. The drink size is very small - esp given the ice - but the price is a little less than some other places so it is basically the same value, making it overpriced. Service was friendly enough.
High quality and great taste plus some cool menu selections not found elsewhere. The only drawback is that it’s hard to find parking and you have to use their app if you want to order ahead. But still well worth the visit.
Wow. This place is amazing, and I'm glad I actually don't live close to it otherwise I'll be going there daily (Which wouldn't be good for my health).
