We ordered several dishes. Tomyum soup ruined it all, it is too salty, saltier than sea water in Phang Nga bay. The red curry is so so, beef was not tender. The marinated BBQ chicken is good. I like Thai iced tea. The price is reasonable. Women washroom can be cleaner. The service is slow and not very friendly which is understandable, looked like they're short-staffed.

I wanted to order Thai food for a family dinner and a friend recommended this place. All the curries we ordered were delicious. Also liked their pineapple rice with chicken.

The best Thai food in Vancouver! This is always a go-to for our family, and food never disappoints. Staff is also incredibly accommodating for any dietary restrictions (no fish sauce, vegetarian versions of items etc) if you order ahead of time. I've also been in for their lunch specials a few times and it is a stellar deal. Love this place!

I had to call the restaurant after tasting my food to tell them it’s the best Thai food I had. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai food. I had the Red curry combo with a Tom Ka Gai. Love that it’s in my hood too. If I had to eat these two dishes for the rest of my life I’d be okay with that. I tip my hat to Chef(s).

I love other locations of this restaurant but this location… Worst service ever. The waitress took our order all wrong and tried to argue that we ordered the wrong items. It would be ok if they just admitted their fault because we were really politely said that we dont think this is out order but instead she just tried to make her point by arguing. Seriously speechless…

Great spot! We had the massaman curry combo and the pad sew. The curry was delicious and the pad sew was pretty good, but could have used more sauce. Would definitely recommend eating here.

We made a quick stop for take out of their Tom Yum Noodle Soup. The restaurant was clean and order was ready pretty quick. The soup was exactly to the taste that we were craving for.

I have grown up in Vancouver and Thai basil's eggplant and beef dish is one my comfort foods. After moving to the the far north of the Northwest Territories last year, I had to say goodbye to eating out all together, so there's been a huge void in my life of all the foods I used to love eating.Fast forward one year, and I am 30 weeks pregnant with strong cravings. Over the holidays, my partner was in Vancouver and I called the restaurant and made a large order and explained to them that my partner would be bringing it up to me, through a couple of long days, multiple flights and a hotel stay. I asked them to please pack the food well for their long journey. The staff did an amazing job, and went above and beyond to package everything meticulously, including the sauces so that nothing would get soggy or drippy enroute. All the food got to me in Inuvik perfectly and without a drop spilled. Thank you Thai Basil for making me the happiest pregnant lady in the north!

I love this place! The servers are always friendly and helpful, food is served quickly. Id eat here everyday if I could. I like the seasonal decorations too. There are two pad thais and I like the BKK one more.

First time here!Loveeeee their green curry and would love to come back and try red/yellow curryPad Thai BKK is greatNot a fan of your tom yum noodle soup since the noodles just kinda ruined the whole dish.Overall a great visit, will be back and highly recommend
