We ordered from Thai Basil a few times and the quality was always been hit or miss. Lately more of a miss. Quality and presentation have definitely gone down and seems like the food is rushed and thrown into containers. Just convenient as we live close. But last night we ordered pineapple rice, Pad Thai and PAd Prik Khing. The rice was stale, the beef was rubbery and the pad thai was dry and didn't taste like anything. I actually felt sick after eating. I decided to politely call them to let them know. The girl that picked up honestly just didn't care. She asked if we are calling to order again or just camplin... We will not order here again and would not recommend anyone their food. There a a few other places nearby that are just a bit more expensive but the quality is way way better.

Long time customer: Unfortunately the quality has really gone downhill to compared to how it used to be. Dishes seem rushed and not carefully cooked. Vegetables crunchy and meat tough and chewy
What a great meal! We loved the 3 different curries, pad thai and spring rolls. The minced pork dish was the favourite for all of us - a little spicy and deep flavour. Fried egg on top. Thai ice tea very tasty. Really sweet and friendly staff. Ready really fast and hot. A favourite choice for all.
It was my first time trying Pad Thai. I’s heard about this place many times. I visited the restaurant during the pandemic. All the tables were socially distanced. The staff were kind and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really made me feel like I’m in Thailand. The portion of the dish was very large. The Pad Thai was very tasty but the flavor of tomato sauce was quite bold. Also, the shrimps were not seasoned enough.
First time trying Thai food and it was great! Amazing price for the quantity of food. Would definitely recommend trying the yellow curry and the cashew chicken!
