Personally, the food is great. I love the Kabab they make there. There’s a variety of flavours in the same dish, and they all go together so well. The spices bring it all together. I’d honestly give up eating kababs from any other restaurant, because nothing comes close to this. Their kabab is excellent, best in the city.
The customer service was good but the food tastes terrible. I saw the lady at the back touching her mask with bare hands and then she was touching the naans with the same hand. And I found this piece of something in my naans. I don’t know if it’s a hair but it looked like it was made of plastic or something. They were treating the customers properly but the food wasn’t good.
Overall good but best for takeout service
My wife and I visited last night (Tandoori Palace) in on 1439 Commercial drive, Vancouver and were amazed at not only the quality and quantity of food, but also the service...The food at (TP) is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. My wife and I loved the service at the (Tandoori Palace) and the chef, owner Riyaz is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this authentic Tandoori Palace Restaurant.
If you need an authentic north indian food this is the place. Have been to this place couple of time for take outs and dine in never been disappointed with the taste, quality and quantity of the food. Just amazing just like from our own kitchen, their biryani are must try would say thats signature style with proper ingredients and mouthwatering taste!! Good job guys, keeping our mind and tummy happy ? thank you

Really tasty Indian food with generally reliable delivery (order directly through their site). Seems like more of a takeout/delivery place as seating inside is limited.Their Naan bread is really tasty and large portion with each curry dish.
I'm going to try to write a balanced review, because this joint has some strengths and some weaknesses! We ordered delivery (butter chicken, rice, paneer, naan), and were told it would arrive in 55 min. An hour and twenty minutes later, when I called, I was told the order was on its way, "stuck in traffic". Odd, as the restaurant is less than a 10 min drive away, along side streets. The response to my inquiry was really frustrating - she sounded totally disinterested, and offered nothing, let alone even an apology.When we got the food eventually, I was again disappointed. $14 butter chicken order that had very few pieces of chicken in it.Then we ate it. Fantastic! Wow. So good. So after all that, I probably will order from them again, because the food was really good. Just don't expect good service, or to be overwhelmed with portions of the expensive proteins.
A must place to visit. They have amazing food.
