Service was great, food was classic upscale French bistro, and the atmosphere in the room was fantastic.
Great experience and service. Only one disappointment is that their famous duck was not on the menu. Too bad!

Terrific service, and food was great, as always. Our server (on the patio) for our lunch was very friendly and efficient.
The food really missed my expectations. 2 of the 5 or 6 mains on the menu were unavailable so I picked the $45 Halibut and it was not fluffy and soft like cooked fish should be. The texture of the fish was hard and very disappointing. Given the number of good restaurants in the City I will not visit Tableau again anytime soon.
You must get the foie gras â the best Iâve ever had! The tartare was also excellent. Also happy hour from 2:30-5ish with bottles of champagne at amazing prices (plus Veuve by the glass).
The service, food, and drinks here were amazing. My husband said it was the best steak heâs ever had and the halibut melted in my mouth. Our server was also incredible and had the best recommendations. We were only visiting Vancouver for a week but loved it so much we almost went twice.
