We were greeted with you only have 1.5 hours allowed to sit, which was fine, we ordered 8 dishes, and were served only two, and was followed by being ignored for the next 2hours when everyone around us was being served, and were enjoying their meals, and when we asked for our bill, we were now told sorry let me check. I WILL CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, Absolutely not.

This place has the worst service ever! Many Chinese restaurants are notorious for bad service but this place is on another level. I arrived for lunch and they said the waiting time will be around half an hour. I asked to put my name on the waiting list and the middle aged hostess said sure. I noticed it was strange how she didn't write down my name or number anywhere but I didn't worry about it too much.Anyways, I returned half an hour to check on the waiting list and the woman pretended like it never existed. When I told her that I was on the waiting list, she shrugged and rudely said I should wait another hour! She mockingly pointed to the reservation list and said nothing was recorded. I understand the place is busy but you should NEVER treat your customers with such rudeness and disrespect! This place is a disgrace and I would recommend everyone to stay away. There are plenty of excellent dimsum restaurants in the city.

Great service amazing Dim Sum

Weekend dim sum is always a cluster-F. Entrance is always crammed with people. Crowd control needs to be improved.Food is decent, but half of the dishes we tried were over-seasoned/too salty.

Good service and amazing king crab. However check the market price before committing to a crab ??

very good restaurant I like the food

Every one of the dim sum items we ordered were very tasty. We only had a few plates, so I haven’t that much to go on. Service was good and there’s parking underground.

Visited for dinner with a party of 5. The staff were very attentive. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, beef, mixed seafood chow mein, and shrimp and pork fried rice. It wasn't my favourite Chinese food spot, but the fried rice was really good. Overall, it was really pricey for the amount of food we ordered. The dim sum is probably better!

First time at Sun Sui Wah, and it was a good experience. Everything tasted very good except the taro squares. Service was good and everything was clean and neat.

Great Dungeness crab!!!? It was 3lb and the price was $27 per pound(probably it varies everyday). Before cooking, the staff showed me the live crab to confirm if it is the right size for me. I was happy to see the fresh crab and it took about 25mins to cook. While waiting, we ordered seafood fried rice and soup dumpling. For some reason, we could not find pricing in the menu. ?But we just ordered. Seafood fried rice turned out to be the best choice ever. The amount of seafood is so generous, and I loved the fish roe topped on the fried rice. The portion of the fried rice was also satisfying(good for 3people). Soup dumpling was disappointing compared to the one at Dynasty. Dumpling was already damaged before we ate. ?So we could not enjoy the soup in them. However, when the crab was served, we forgot about the dumplings. The crab was deep-fried and it was full of crab meat. The crispy toppings on the crab was great. It did not ruin the natural crab flavor. I mixed the crispy toppings with the seafood fried rice. It became more enjoyable. After the satisfying meal, we ordered Mango pudding that is shaped as a wholesome corn. Even when it was served, I doubted if it was really Mango pudding, and after a bite, I was like "How clever!"☺️☺️ It was a real pudding and real Mango pieces were in them. And the milky sauce came with Mango pudding was also good. From now on, this place will be my spacial go-to restaurant !! I will come back with my loving ones ~?
