Despite the place being busy the staff was very quick to get to not only my order, but other customers as well
This place used be my favorite coffee stop, not anymore. They are always busy and I really don’t understand why they cant manage it better than now!! Definitely it had poor management, this is not about people who work there, they always do their best to help customers. I think its about the way it being managed. I would not recommend it, if you are in rush, wanna grab tour coffee or breakfast and move on with your day, this is not your place. I would use the one block down in Alberni, Urban fair Starbucks. Quiet and better and no long line up.

Love absolute love❤??... Is what I have to say about Starbucks? Especially the one's that are right in my areaLovely are always how the staff are it doesn't matter what time of the day it is or what day of the week it is. As long as there's a Starbucks? For sure I know that I will Never Have Any Complaints:)
It's not a friendly place for those with mobility issues. The store is small and crowed. I ordered ahead and my orders were never ready by the time they gave on the app and when I did order in store, they got my order wrong.
Beautiful and clean with this order and minimalist artsy vibe!! Great crew and for this looking for the next #VancouverFoodFlex.....try their bacon, egg, and potato wraps!! So yummy in your tummy, but will never beat their Double Smoked Bacon sandwich for the number one spot!! Maybe a close second lol

We came by today Christmas Day 2021. First off they are crazy busy and its great to see that they are open today.We ordered 2 lattes and they were fast as heck. Though mine was not full and had more foam than milk, Which I so dislike.Still my favourite coffee chain and go to different ones all over the place
Downgrading my rating due to a disappointing experience tonight. The 2 baristas at the bar ignored making eye contact, then ignored me when I tried to ask for my mobile order that was sitting on the counter. The drink didn't look right, and when I questioned it, one of the batistas just recited the beverage recipe to me. Yeah, I worked at Starbucks too, I already know what the drink is SUPPOSED to be.
Asked to have honey stirred into my black coffee. They hand me the honey packets and ask me to do it myself. 4 staff in the shop and no service. Sure, sounds petty?? Doesn’t happen very often. Most Starbucks are really good. Excellent chain. The Starbucks staff at this one clearly doesn’t serve their mission.
