I get that you were busy. And short staffed. But I got scolded for asking for an ice water when they finished making my drink, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. “Go line up next time if you need water!”
Great little friendly Starbucks . Good coffee. Not a fan of highly processed Starbucks food but that's just personal taste .
Nice location with great staff, big windows and lots of seating, including a small sidewalk patio.
I went to this particular Starbucks early, 9 am, on a Saturday and it was not very busy so I grabbed a table easily. It's surprisingly large and has lots of small two-person bistro-style pedestal tables. My server was very happy, polite and quickly filled my order of two Chai teas and I even came back for refiles and she remembered my order, awesome! I made a trip the bathroom while I was there and they were spotless, so nice. I would recommend that you go early because I popped in later that day, 4 pm, and it was really hard to get a table and the overall cleanliness was not great, not the worst, but not great. It's normal for Starbucks, unfortunately, to enjoy a gourmet drink in someone's crumbs and sticky coffee rings, but that's also partly the customers responsibility to not be a pig.
The ambiance was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee!
After ordering coffee, I was curious about other products, so I asked the staff for help.The staff answered right away, but she didn't listen to what I said at all. I was waiting for her help, but she just stared at me sometimes making coffee. She didn't seem to know why I was waiting. I hope Starbucks will teach staff that the most important thing is to figure out exactly what customers want.
I don't usually come here but I got a gift card. The coffee is very acidic.I can't believe that they don't recycle! Such a huge chain produces enormous amount of garbage. I won't come here ever again!
Clean, upscale, friendly staff that remembers your name and your orders. Came in for the venti shaken espresso. Fantastic!
The Asian man , The manager .. youre too dramatic . Don't reprimand employees in front of clients it makes one feel UNCOMFORTABLE . Specially ifItsFor something silly .
Very reliable and friendly Starbucks location. Sometimes the morning folks outside smoking is a bit ick though.
