Wonderful the two times I've been there. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. It's much appreciated as a visitor from out of the country.
Today afternoon, I went there to grab my coffee and after paying I was waiting patiently for my turn. The girl who served me, instead of calling by my name she shouted "one small coffee for whatever the name is". This is the first time I have experienced like this. That behavior was very disrespectful and shocking. In front of other customers, she just insulted me and made me feel low. If she can't pronounce my name, she could have just told me. I was standing right in front of her. I have been a regular customer for last 5 years, not any more. I will never visit that store again.
Word for I said I wanted: a grande caramel macchiato, ICED, triple shot. Please and thank you. OH and I want EXTRA EXTRA ICE.If I hadn't been paying attention I would have gotten a triple shot espresso over lots and lots of ice not sure if they would have included the caramel but they sure as hell weren't going to include the milk until I said something.It's unfortunate that common sense isn't commonAnd enough with the straws already!!! bring back the plastic straws for crying out loud. I'm a pedestrian, so unless I stop every time I want to take a sip of my drink I need to use a straw and the straw only last about five minutes in my drink (whether it's cold or hot) before it starts to disintegrate and become one with my drink??The drink was fine it's just I guess the Starbucks Corp needing to hire people that can understand and go through full training. and also update their products for customer satisfaction - like the straws!!!!!!!?
this shop is awful!!! i looked on google maps and it said “coffee pretty gross” and i ignored it thinking it was a one off thing. the parking was a complete NIGHTMARE i got stuck in the parking lot for half an hour trapped by 2 taxis. the next clue was the colour of the coffee it was almost black despite ordering it with milk. i drank it anyway and now i’m stuck throwing up in the langara library. AWFUL end to a HORRIBLE easter weekend. please listen to the reviews and do NOT give this shop the benefit of the doubt like i foolishly did!!
Really great drinks, made perfectly, but my mobile order took WAY too long and I watched people come in and order after me and they left before me

Appreciate the food, unfortunately, ordered beyond meat breakfast but got some fruit flies stuck inside the bag! I won’t do more orders from this location if they still don’t pay attention to handle food with care, and food safe part.
This is my coffee shop. You can order ahead in the Starbucks app or stand in line and wait to be greeted by an awesome person. I find all the staff at this location courteous and friendly.
gosh, this starbucks deals with a LOT of ish from everyone who steps foot in the store. you guys are amazing and super kind. dont worry.
My only grievance with this location is the parking situation. If you're in a vehicle and looking to stop in, your odds of getting a spot in the tiny lot attached to various businesses are close to 0. That said, it's a busy pedestrian area close to bus stops, so no issues if you're on foot.That said, once you're inside, you're good to go! Fast service and a fairly spacious, clean interior with quite a few seating options.
