The Starbucks coffe is crup except the blond roast in all locations, not even close to Waves Coffee Quality which i prefer and a local Canadian franchise, but has only over 60 locations in Bc and Alberta not in every corner like Starbucks mushrooms. But Starbucks blond roast is the only roast has decent amount of caffeine. But the staff here is realy friendly a speacialy that asian pretty girl at back office has a very warm welcoming angelic smile. When you have a bad day and went for a cup of coffee that served you with that kind n sweet smile, you will forget everything n will have a smooth day ? ☺️ ?. I was with a painter buddy and a Chinese and a Mongolian sister for buiseness and was a great mood and bathroom was client but pity they didn't have 2 washrooms in almost all locations which they spouse to have like the waves has . I think they used the 2nd washrooms for storage in most Starbuckses. Metrotown mall food court Starbucks is my everyday coffee place rain or shine which a block away from my home for the last 25 years or so. The manager jessika is the most kind smiled sweet coffee queen and that tall Polland coffee kohani coffee queen are the best Ofcourse all staff is international which is awesome.
Good spot drive thru could be tight. Watch out for cars parked near drive thru. They might back into you. Other than that service is fast and friendly
I clarified non-dairy twice. To the person at the POS and the barista making the drink. Still didn't work. Starbucks needs to improve their internal protocols.
Starbucks is always a great treat. We got the Dragon fruit coconut drink and it was delicious. We also got 3pup cups that our little ones devoured happily. Thank you for the friendly, awesome service.
I'm pretty upset,last four times I ordered coffee to stay in, and four times I got it for to go. So four times I pay $0.25 without even noticing, until I checked my card usage.And no one even told me why until today, when I try to order coffee again they say they don't have mags even they were just right in front of me, and I seen another day people using it too.And I will not be upset, if at least they will told me very fist time that they don't have mugs, or what they don't do that anymore. But they just charged me without even letting me know.And I always order my coffee and kids temperature, because I don't like to burn my tongue. And I don't know if they forgot about kids temperature or what, but it's always too hot.I gave up on this particular Starbucks.
I usually order at this store and I loved it. But today my orders were delivered with wrong items the 1st time and missing ingredients the 2nd time through Uber. Usually there was no problem with my orders so I hope this won’t happen in the future. Thanks!
We purchased a breakfast snack pack/tray thingie that I've been purchasing for YEARS and it was missing items ? (normally it has 2 eggs, 2 pieces of cheese, apples, grapes a honey peanut butter with a yummy mini pita). . Is Starbucks cutting back because this is NOT the way to do it. I was soo surprised n upset I didn't think of taking a pic.
