Always good coffee, friendly staff bit need more than 2 people for morning rush.
This has to be the worst Starbucks in the western world. Beautiful location, dirty counter, tables and floors. The airhead cashier took my card after I ordered a tall and a grande. Got to the collect area and only got one; another 8 minutes in line to get the other one. Because barristas invariably put way too much cream in the coffee, I asked for it on the side, and got surcharged 25 cents for the mini cup that held that cream. Stop letting city hall steal from you, so you have more to spend at retailers. Grow a spine please.FYI, there is a very pleasant pointilist style sketch on the feature brick wall that is worthy of a look.
I was expecting the same level of services I received at Starbucks in Japan, guess they just have the same name by accident or something.

Returned the money back, bought coffee nearby ... 5 loafers - what are they doing there?Wasted my time . 5 baristas can’t handle a simple coffee order. Starbucks employees should be more on top of their game for the price they charge.

Quick, comfy and right next to the water front. If you're cold after a long walk, you'll find yourself here for a hot cup of joe.

The cashier when I ordered coffee was being very impatient, uninterested, pushy, and looked like they hate their job and just want to get it over with. A very surprisingly unpleasant ordering experience. Need to level up their staff hiring choices.
Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. I ordered a strawberry Frappuccino and there was something missing. It did not taste like other Starbucks. It lacked flavour. Also my wife ordered a caramel mocha Frappuccino, they gave her a hot drink. But it did taste good. Anyways, not recommending this store.
