NEW reno is so-so....fresh & clean and bare atmosphere...YA BARE-ly any seating - used to be one of my fav places to chill...we'll see what happens now as things are opening up

Friendly service. My companion didn't have a mask with her. The barista working gently and kindly offered her a new mask to wear without a fuss, unlike some other outfits.
This is just for their new Employee TAD , very smart , kind and great service , as usual I went over there for my crumble he said it’s on him , it makes me feel good . Keep up the good work TAD.
Not a big fan of Starbucks. Coffee too sour and expensive.
Only two people working so hard while the lines continue to get longer. ? to them for hanging in there and keeping spirits up while maintaining customer service.
This location always gets busy but the staff remain calm, cool and collected. Drinks are always handed out with a smile or wishing you a great day. Definitely a great way to start the morning or finish a day.
Cheerful early morning servers always illicit admiration in me. Starbucks on Cornwall & Cypress in Kits has cheerful staff greeting customers from 5:30 am through to 9pm. That’s impressive. Posted by S Fuller
