The barista was so pleasant today. Would tell people he's working on their order before he makes it. Such great attention to customer service. It was busy and everyone was so happy and friendly. The best staff work at Starbucks.
The Starbucks that's really close to the hospital. It's usually best to walk because it's hard to find parking.

I came into the store a while back for a coffee and sandwich for the first time and I was greeted by wonderful and exciting staff. I’ve always enjoyed ordering the double smoked bacon is my favourite. Watching them work so hard as a team under pressure is an amazing skill. Keep up the great work VGH team !!
Terrible service. Cashier didn’t asked if I needed sugar or cream. Manager started teaching me about Covid ?They keep repeating they need to charge for this and that like I was refusing or was my fault.Annoying . Hence I never eat at Starbucks but was our only option today.
Convenient location near VGH! Very few spots indoors to sit at, but that is not the primary purpose of this location.
I ordered through the app and they made my drink quite quickly. They were friendly when I picked it up, although I had ordered the peppermint hot chocolate and it tasted like a regular hot chocolate with only a lick of peppermint. I really love the peppermint flavour so I was disappointed, but it was a hot drink nonetheless.
I have never been to this location, but I had an appointment at the hospital. Staff is so friendly!! There was a lot of people waiting for the order, but they had drinks out in a timely manner. Very polite. I was even told “nice to meet you” it was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Starbucks!
I really wish they would open up properly so we can just pick up our mobile orders and leave. Things range from disorganized to chaotic, with customers tentative and confused about where to stand and how to make themselves known. It is tremendously frustrating.But, the coffee is still good and the staff are friendly despite the trying circumstances.
This Starbucks location has changed how to order in person and pick up in a way that is very efficient but no loss of friendliness, and the coffee is as delicioso as ever.
