Okay place, very new, old people work here.
This is my neighbourhood Starbucks which I have frequented many times. Unfortunately, the service has got progressively worse since I moved to the River District in 2018. I worked at Starbucks in 2012 and recall we had to get drinks out in a timely fashion - this is NOT the case here. I have waited forever for pre-ordered pick-ups and just to get a drip coffee. Paint dries faster than the staff move. I get that I just don't have to come here, but I do it for the convenience factor...Just try to avoid this location. Go up the road to Market Crossing or up to Boundary. Its not worth the frustration.
I would typically give 4 stars (sometimes they are quite slow) but I am giving 1 star as there is absolutely no social distancing at all in the store. They have all chairs out including the communal table so you are side by side with up to 20 other people without mask wearing.
I often stop here in the morning for my coffee. All of the staff are very cheerful and happy, but especially Michael. He has to be the most cheerful person I have ever met and it always puts me in a good mood when I interact with him.
Weekend is so busy when is a Sunny Day.Weekdays alway Good chance to get seat to enjoy the signature of Starbucks.Most staff are friendly and helpful.However some staff look so Cool not like to talking with any Customer. For example asking the new Season items Mugs. The answer is as is. Some staff have a initiate to help the customer even the table what you are looking to sit down however in is Dirty. This Asian Young man staff offer to clean for us ? . We really appreciate???I

This store had a credit card reader malfunction in the morning of Wednesday, August 11th, 2021. Slightly understaffed, so wait times for in-store orders are a few extra minutes.
For somebody in the wheelchair they treat you so awesome
This is the ideal Starbucks with a great selection! And of course it's in a wonderful location near other shops and businesses. What I would suggest though is to order off your app because when I choose to order from the counter they regularly get your order wrong. And I go quite a bit out of the way sometimes to get to this location too. But I do understand that it is noisy in there and hearing what people are saying with masks on is not the easiest.
