On the service side I believe they were very short staffed, our server was running around back and forth to the bar and the drinks took ages and he seemed very stressed, I could not blame him for that. On the other side, the food was quite terrible, the pizza we ordered was soggy and insipid, the pasta dish was very small and unappetizing, our fish and chips were super greasy, the tuna bowl was the only dish that actually look okay. I think they should limit the number of patrons to be able to provide a good service and for the food, they definitely need to step up on the game.
Great food and location. Good menu choices for big or small appetites including vegan options.
It was a great experience! The food great, the server was super helpful and friendly, And overall a great day and location. I would highly recommend the Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant!
They are short staffed. Took over 15 minutes for my ice tea order. Server very nice. This is our 2nd visit in the last month. Both times food was good and servers nice. Everything just takes for ever. Taking orders, getting drinks, getting food, getting the bill. Also had gift card and JRG app. No way to use app with gift card and no way to pay part on card and part through app.
Food was okay, location fairly easy to access from downtown and the park and ocean views are the main selling point. Our server was the high point.
Great beer and good service! We had a burger and some chips, which were okay, nothing out of the ordinary, but the beer and the atmosphere was really great!
A noisy uncomfortable bar ambiance. Food uninspired. I had the beef dip sandwich, have had much better elsewhere. Service cold, not friendly.
Made reservation in advance to get nice seat viewing the kitchen and all the disgruntled staff going in and out. Asked waitress one question: "what is difference between two hollandaise sauces - she didn't know. Food came with no cutlery. Waitress MIA, avoided asked staff who looked particularly angry until one passed who didn't look like she'd murder us for asking. Seemed upset but brought us some forks about five or ten minutes after food came. Same ordeal getting salt after tasting bland food (do many people want their eggs without salt and pepper?). Had ordered no potatoes due to allergies but there was a fry on my plate - no one at table ordered fries. Food quakiy basically Dennys level. Waitress MIA for remainder of service until bill time.
Awesome location and knowledgable staff.We did wait 5-10 minutes at the host stand and eventually had to go ask for assistance to be seated.9/10 Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich (didn't have any spice so it loses a point) but was delicious. Great selection of beer.Nice place to come after exploring the park, or doing a round at the nearby Pitch and Putt.
It’s well located. Cool ? vibe and some live musics. Nice beer garden in the day. Place was not that clean. Toilets were gross being dirty and flies all over the washrooms. Menu has a decent selection. Service ok although they forgot my drink and fries were cold. Food quality was decent for a pub style selection. Obviously the beer ? is terrific. Great brand and flavors.
