I bought 4 sandwiches from here yesterday and in one of them, the eggel with pastrami, I found 4 small black hairs in different areas inside of it. Pretty gross.No, we do not have a dog. We brought the sandwiches straight to the beach.

While on one of their good days some of the food could be considered as OK, but even in these rare scenarios you'll be left questioning the value of your overpriced meal.However, the main reason for the 1 star review (would be 0 if that was an option) is the actions of the owner and how they harass employees. I've seen other reviews indicating this and now having witnessed it first hand I can confirm she is a TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING and I would strongly urge consumers to take this into consideration when empowering her to treat people this way.
I always wanted to try this place, unfortunately I had a very bad experience. The woman taking the orders was direct, rude and couldn’t even look in our eyes when talking to us, and the worst was that the food was so cold, she did not even ask if I wanted to warm it up. Waste of my money
High quality and fair prices HOWEVER should be kosher certified and the default should NEVER be to mix milk and meat. There was so much I can’t eat. Please fix this.
I walked to sollys yesterday bought bagels, 1 kuffle, and a lemon pound cake all were good but the one tiny kuffle it tasted so hard and stale wish I took I back for a place that's been around for years ud think their stuff was good im better getting fresh kuffle at breka I will lessen my drop by here at this location one worker even threw the items at me people go to breka for fresh kuffle this one was just gross like it was sitting on display for weeks
Rude staff, dirty and below average food.The cash counter and tables were sticky or dirty. The staff were rude and was eyeing on how much tips I would include before giving me an eye roll because I gave 10% (I ordered takeout). Flies were everywhere and I could see a few of them festering on the bagels.The coffee was Luke warm and the cinnamon bun was way too sweet. I had to take out half of the icing to make it palatable. Honestly, food critique is subjective, but bad customer service and hygiene is quite obvious.
SUPER disappointing experience over the other location. They are often out of things, don’t offer to hear things up and is quite dirty. The food tasted the same but disappointing is the best way to describe this place….
