Sometimes a long wait, they often do not have enough staff for online orders when there are customers in store.But the drinks are very good so, if you have time to wait, and the staff are pleasant.
Never coming here again. Some lady with blond hair was being rude to me and my mother because she was having a hard time deciding what she wanted. When she ordered the lady gave us attitude and kept asking “are you sure”. She took her sweet time getting our drink and was pushy the entire time. Ruined my moms day as she was going through a divorce and I just wanted to help her get her mind off things. When we FINALLY got our drinks she started lecturing one of the employees for a simple mistake in front of all the customers. Not only is she extremely rude but unprofessional as well.
Great place for milk tea and boba! They give you the option of more or less ice and sugar, which is great, and they are consistent in service and in the quality of their drinks! (Not a ton of chocolate options for you chocolate lovers out there, though.)

The drinks are alright, but man the Pearls here sometimes are awful.On one occasion, I had a drink where the Pearls shriveled up which is most likely due to being left out for 6hrs+This time, my Pearls came in huge clumps. This can be avoided by just stirring your Pearls every so often and especially before you serve it. This doesn't even go up the straw.
9/10 would recommend.Go to bubble tea.Pros:- Great selection.- Everything is at least good. Meaning you can have a favorite, but not really a least favorite.- Staff is superb and friendly.- Accommodating with custom requests and corrections.- Clean location. Spacious yet cozy.Cons:- Can sometimes get your order wrong.- Parking is not very great in the area.

It's been weeks and this place still doesn't have toilet paper in it's washroom.They expect you to use napkins that had hair all over it. The washrooms are never cleaned, it's disgusting.
Cool drink for a hot day... ?
