First time trying this place, I ordered the Hawaii fruit tea with Aiyu jelly, and it was delicious! It is fruity and not too sweet, even has pulps in it, definitely will come back:)

Really good and fast service. The bubble tea is very tasty and the prices are good.

Pretty cool place, love the plants. Drinks were good, nothing special in my opinion, but they're worth their price!

I usually order Lychee or Milk Tea and have been pretty happy about it since I aways return on my work breaks. I ordered Taro Milk for the first time and was disappointed. There was no flavour. Tasted like milk water. Too bad because Taro is such a popular flavor and is one of my go to when I order from any tea shop. The pearls are always cooked nicely though.

Ordered the Hawaiian fruit tea with Aiyu jelly. I was expecting the flavour to be similar to fruit punch, but it was simpler and more refreshing. The scent of grapefruit and green tea stood out more than other ingredients (lemon etc.), and I like how they put small pieces of fresh grapefruit in the tea. A little more jelly would make it even better.

Love their bubble teas. Pearls are always cooked to perfection.

The 1 to 6 suggestions of the most popular is great.

Went here for the first time because I am craving for a milk tea. But I was met with unwelcoming atmosphere. It took me 5 mins to decide what to get, but I hasn't got any aknowledgement for my presence. When I am about to order through the microphone, the lady working said something gibberish (which I thought she acknowledged my presence). I then head on ordering excitedly and she looked at me and said in a loudly annoyed manner."I said, just a second!", she said.Yo, I work as a specialty coffee barista and I do really understand what it feels like if you have a lot of stuff to be done. But please do create a welcoming atmosphere. The world is full of hate already, let's always choose to be kind. With this experience, It made me set my customer service standard even higher. Also, the Thai milk tea I got is water down even though i got 100% sugar with less ice.

So after ordering well in advance and paying extra ($0.50 per drink) to split a few drinks for our 10 drink order, the server had to tell me "normally we don't do this so we won't do it next time" ? They weren't even busy, and as other reviewers have mentioned they barely pay attention to people coming in. I regret giving a tip for this kind of attitude. My coffee drink was also severely bland. Try 17°C Bubble Tea & Dessert Café instead- much better service and drinks!

Okinawa drink was pretty good. Nice
