Awesome burger selection and possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had. I say it's a must visit for burger lovers at least once.They have an outdoor seating area which isn't super common in the area, great for warm days.Cool building design too, really stands out.Staff were somewhat slow in coming back to us each time.Last time I went I got a burger, fries and a pint. Ended up being $30 dollars after tip.
As far as burgers go, Romer’s is always near the top of my list when I’m craving. The extra charge for fries with the burger is a little strange al though it is very inexpensive to add them. There was no salt on the fries, nor salt on the table unfortunately. The drinks were great and the music choice was excellent too, not too loud and the selection fits the vibe. The food took a little longe than we wild have hoped for considering the amount of people in the establishment. Street parking is metered as per usual.Will be coming back for sure.
Menu is great but service in Port Moody location is hit and miss and the misses for me have been so bad, I have left 3x now. Great location, but managers need to do better so their staff does better.
Drinks service was very fast and the cocktails were good.Food service was super slow, had to wait 1hr for our food. Burger was burnt with sauce over the bun.One of the cooks wasn’t even wearing his face mask properly… it was pulled all the way to his neck.The waitress did a great job !
Romer's was once a decent place to get a meal, but it's let itself go over the years. It definitely has short-cut quality to maximize profits.Came in for Dine Out, server was wonderful the whole meal. No issues with any staff we came in contact with while we were there.However, the food is just simply not that good. The wings were overly charred and somehow the meat on the inside was dry. My steak was ordered medium-rare, showed up medium. The prawns? I had legitimately one prawn on my plate and two tiny baby shrimps. Come on guys, seriously?Well, at least we had their famous little donuts to look forward to as a dessert - right? Wrong. I remember the first time I tried those donuts years ago - they were light, fluffy, warm and wonderful with 3 different dipping sauces. This time? Hard as rock. Definitely left under a heat lamp until someone requested them. We were given no choice in dip even though the menu said we would. The Dine Out menu seems like such a great value until you actually are sitting there receiving the most lack-luster food - you regret even bothering.So disappointing because I've had such great meals at this place when I first moved to Vancouver in 2016. I understand that things change, especially during the pandemic - but your food is suffering and I can't imagine that the business operators don't know that.
Great place to eat a burger.Probably the best burger place I've tried in Vancouver so far. As almost every place in Vancouver, they have options for everyone vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and more. O would recommend vegan-ator with truffle fries ?? gotta try it. Good music, and good service. They also have drink specials everyday with fair prices. Thursday is mojito day!

Good food and drinks, great music selection, good service. The parking is a challenge, but if you're lucky you can get 1h free parking at the side of the restaurant. You just need to remember to validate your plate, though.
You can tell they reuse the oil many times because the strong old oil taste lingered in your mouth and I have to drink lots of water to kind of wash it out. The batter is so soggy and thick and there’s little fish in it. At the end I tried to eat the pickle hoping it will help to cover the horrible after taste. This is the worst fish burger I’ve ever eaten in my life.
