Taiwanese Noodles Dumplings

Pretty tasty Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. The restaurant was very clean and tables had good distance with dividers between tables. The service was good but not exceptional. We ordered the Beef Noodle Soup with fried squid tentacles/legs and their Beef rolls to share. The beef roll was very good though I thought it it was small and lacked Beef in the roll - mostly cucumbers and one thin slice of beef. The squid was delicious, the meat was tasty and the batter was light but flavourful. I would definitely order the squid again. The Beef Noodle Soup was good, the broth had a rich tomato-like flavour, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the beef was flavourful and tender. The broth was one if the better ones I've tasted in Vancouver - and I love my Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soups! The price of the Noodle Soups were quite reasonable and overall, I enjoyed my meal here. We also tried their beef dumplings (but really it's more like a Beef cake - as I've seen other places call it) - I didn't take a photo of this because it wasn't that good - I'll say it was our biggest disappointment, the filling lacked flavour and it was small and quite greasy. Their pickled veggies that they give you with your Noodle Soup was really good.Worth trying this place if you are in Chinatown and you like Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. They have a pretty substantial menu so you can try other common Taiwanese for their too.

Absolutely delicious meal here, very fun as well since they pour the broth at your table so you can see your meat cook at that point. The noodles were delicious and the meat was great too. I had a tea here as well and it was good.Well priced and good atmosphere, good service too.Only complaint is the area is kinda sketchy with a lot of homeless, but obviously the restaurant can't control that.

It's my first time visiting, the broth is nice! It tastes likes mala. If you like more spicy, you can ask for extra chili sauce. That's amazing.

My friend and I tried this restaurant because we passed by and we were attracted by the big picture/text hung on the wall of the restaurant it explains that the broth of their signature Taiwanese Noodles is simmering for 12 hours. Believe me, when you taste the beef you can feel that it has been simmering for a while, it's melting in the mouth! My friend took the fried chicken and it was exquisite as well. I tried a couple of bites and next time I'm going to order that too! His plate was very generous too.Staff is super nice as well and the place is really clean. I recommend it 100%!

Went to Main Street location, tried their Signature Beef Quartet Noodle Soup n Tofu with Preserved Eggs. Tofu was a good appetizer to start with. The meat were soft and tender. The soup embodied with great amounts of flavour with a kick of spiciness. Great place for lunch!

We loved the food here. Fantastic noodles. Delicious broth. Great service.

Everything from the soup, beef, to the noodles were delicious! It's the best I've had in Vancouver. I had hoped the fried tofu dish was the stinky kind, but it was still very flavorful. Glad I tried it! Will definitely be back for more

Very good Taiwanese beef noodles. The Beef shank is succulent and the broth is very well with their chili oil picked mustard greens. The highlight is their chewy mouthwatering hand-pulled noodles. Highly recommended to come on a cold day to warm up on a great bowl of noodles.

Ordered friend chicken on rice. Their chicken is green. In between the skin and the meat, the fats are all green. I used to love their food but now I’m scared to have it... ?

The food is pretty good and service are very nice too! The only thing is I found the broth is not as strong or hot as other location. It’s still delicious :)
