Celebrated my birthday with the 11-course tasting menu, everything was amazing and transcendent! Flavours in every dish was perfectly balanced and well seasoned and all the ingredients used were in season to maximize the freshness of the produce ! Servers were all very attentive and polite. Also had their in-house tarragon soda and forbidden fruit cocktail, so refreshing - really tasted like the epitome of summer ?Can’t wait to come here again for my next special occasion ?

Had the 11 course tasting menu with wine pairings, amazing food and prompt service! Loved the unique flavours, creativity, and beautiful plating. The wine pairings were thoughtful, wide variety including sake, orange wine, and some BC wines. Every course was a surprise. Definitely one of the best meals I've had.

If you’re a foodie, you can’t get better than this in Vancouver! Great atmosphere for a celebratory newlywed dinner. We appreciated the amazing food and impeccable service. The complementary bubbly was the perfect touch to make the night extra special.

It was an astounding multi-course meal, with perfectly timed delivery over 3 hours. Incredible Sommelier delivered each drink with articulate and fascinating explanations. 10/10

We were eager to travel to Vancouver once we saw Published on Main be named Canada's Best Restaurant for 2022. The award was given by Canada's 100 Best Magazine. The restaurant was pretty unassuming considering it's a bright space smack dab in the middle of Main Street. The servers dress casually, and there was no air of pretentiousness. We started with mocktails. Martina loved the Pushing Curfew, because it was light and didn't have the sharp taste that upscale cocktails tend to have (despite the presence of Lumette non-alcoholic rum). I had the PG-13, which was enhanced pineapple juice (meaning you can't go wrong). Published on Main is all about shareable tapas. We ordered the cheapest two items on the menu to begin, but they ended up being as memorable as anything else we would have (that's a compliment). The Bee Pollen Milk Buns are baked with Japanese bread-making technique, ensuring a texture perfectly complemented by the whipped butter accompaniment. I began singing Belinda Carlisle's 1987 hit single "Heaven is a Place on Earth" in response. The Chips & Dip name drastically understates the beautiful smoked-fish-infused sour cream & onion experience that awaits you. Imagine Boston Pizza's Cactus Cut Potatoes taken to a Michelin-level extreme. Martina's next drink was a glass of Riesling, courtesy of the Storm Haven Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, BC. She tried their Gibson-Block 3 Blue Label, a 2020 bottle. She said it was incredible, and her "favourite wine in a very, very long time." Martina found the Side Stripe Prawns refreshing, while I loved their perfect texture. Martina LOVED the Yellowtail. We both loved the signature Published Fried Chicken, since it had a great crunch and that sweet & sticky feel. I was ready to drink the Honey Mustard Dill Sauce. For dessert I had the "Creamsicle," and I was shocked at how well raspberry and mandarin notes went together, despite loving both flavours to begin with. Martina had the "Coffee" and found it to be the perfect way to end the meal. It was easy to see why Published on Main won Best Restaurant in Canada this year. We went in with sky-high expectations, and they were somehow exceeded. Great vibe, friendly staff, and memorable food. Treat yourself! Chris Flook Flukey Food & Travel

Published was a wonderful dining experience, with so many new flavors and creative dishes. The wine sommelier was on point offer so many tasty local wines. My mouth was happy!

Every dish, every drink, every detail perfected. The food is to rave for, so many flavors I have not experience, best part it’s all local! The wine Sommelier was dialed in- good reason as he was awarded 2022 sommelier. Tried a few glasses just to put it to the test! Then the most memorable part- the season Fresh summer strawberry dessert- heavenly! Parking is easy, short cab from downtown- worth all the effort. This definitely tops to best restaurants in Vancouver! ?

We were so excited to dine here last night and our evening did not disappoint!! The space is beautiful and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our evening.Special thanks to Amanda, the manager, who looked after us so well. Also to Mia the sommelier, and to Lynne and Sean for contributing to our perfect evening. We had the 11 course tasting menu with wine pairings and every course was thoughtful and creative. We loved Mia’s descriptions of each wine and we thought they paired perfectly. We are so looking forward to our next experience here. ❤️

Everything we ate was exceptional. I especially recommend the duck with foie gras and truffles!! Yummmy!!!! The fried chicken was maybe the only thing out of our five dishes that was a bit mundane. Wagyu carpaccio, scallops, duck, ribs and hay dessert all out of this world!! So glad that Vancouver has a restaurant like this.

There’s a reason why this was named Best in Canada. Every dish was delicious and the service is amazing.
