amazing takeout. I might've been hungry but both items were delicious! The seared garlic steak had generous portions of meat (I ordered extra brisket) and the roll was nice and crispy. The broth would have been greasy on another day but I was starving, so I appreciated it.There is definitely enough food here to make a person full. The takeout was impressively well packed. Holistically a wow-ing takeout experience. Would recommend!
I like this place, never crazy busy, staff is friendly, food is good, menu has a few options. Don't really like the pho here, but the vermicelli noodle dishes & drinks are great ?, especially on hot summer days.
Got the $10 deal. Pho with roll and drink. Not bad for the price you pay. Portion was quite a lot too.
Gone downhill. I remember coming here 3 years ago when there was a waitress that took your order and the broth had flavour. Now what you get is a soulless all that can't really take your order correctly. Now you get a bland and flavorless broth and the inability to order any extra add ons cause the waitress doesn't have the ability to enter any new orders manually. Ugh. Covid literally ruins everything.

The sole serving staff there was hard working but I think she needed support to make this place work! One person shouldn't be greeting customer, checking vaccination information, cleaning table, taking orders, making bubble tea and collecting money! On top if it all- the food is extremely disappointing!
Terrible staff terrible food. Nothing in there is decent, I’d give 0/5 if possible. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother coming here. I ordered pickup and it said 7:39 when I went in at that time the lady said “5 mins “ I thought whatever I’ll wait the 5 mins. But no I was there waiting for 35+ MINUTES. I was not offered a place to sit or anything she just made me wait there while she was doing nothing. When I finally got my order I let her know that I waited more than 30 mins. And all she had to say was: “ oh…. Sorry?”That being said the food wasn’t even remotely decent. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE
Very tasty, clean, and well priced.One BIG thing tho...their women's washroom has had problems for YEARS!!! ??First was the sink (about 5 yrs ago)...leaking constantly. Told them many times.They sort of fixed it maybe 2 yrs ago. Unacceptable.Then it was the actual toilet that would run constantly...again kinda fixed it.During my recent visit, you cannot even flush...They are WASTING sooooo much WATER that as much as like their product, they need to be more CONSCIENTIOUS about water. ???.Not impressed.
With COVID-19 the system of ordering and paying via mobile makes things easier. Food was served relatively quick and tasted good. Get the lychee explosion - it's a goodie through the summer heat
This restaurant deserves the worst Vietnamese restaurant in the Vancouver area! We were overcharged for a bowl of broth, few slices of steak and the horrible noodle, which was oddly soft and fragile! Even with a touch of the chopstick, it was fallen apart, and I had to use my spoon to eat them!!!! Can you believe it?? I don’t think they want to stay in business anymore. Super frustrated! I always support local businesses during this challenging time, but this restaurant is a big no-no for us ??????
