Very good and flavorful pho. The broth is lighter than usual but still great. The place only specializes in pho which I appreciate. And only 2 options for either chicken or beef. There were a lot of meat in each bowl. If you go later, they might run out. Definitely worth a try.Service is ok. We had a new trainee and he messed up our simple orders but it was corrected.
This place is hands down legit!!Probably one of the best pho noodles in town!!!If you're looking for the authentic taste of Vietnam's pho...you've come to the right place.I ordered the beef special and brought me back into the mid-80's in Vancouver where it was the identical authentic taste of pho from the original Pho Hoang on Main St.It's either beef or chicken or mix of both and last order is get this....2pm!! As they close at 2:30pm daily!!
This place opens from 10:30am to 2:30pm according to the sign on their door, which is different from Google. The broth is on the sweeter and thicker side, not my personal preference. Also, the noodle is over cooked in my opinion, too soft and has no chew. Only good thing is the chicken is ground walking chicken, very juicy. To me personally, it’s underwhelming comparing to other raving reviews.
This is my favorite pho place in Vancouver. People that are picky about service won't like this place. Come here if you care about food. You order either beef or chicken. You can make it spicy or get a side of spicy soup. I've always ordered beef pho everywhere but the chicken here is amazing.
Food is great. Odd hours but definitely worth a try here from time to time. Meats are cut authentic and no bull soup. A classic Vietnamese beef noodle joint.
The pho's broth is cooked fresh everyday so it is just a heavenly bowl of pho. The vietnamese coffee is made the authentic vietnamese way, concentrated and strong! The service will be slow and no reservations since there are only husband and wife run the place. Both of them.are nice, just a welcoming place. I would reccomend you to get there early, before brunch time, especially weekends too to get your wonderful, life changing bowl of pho.
Very good pho. Everything tasted just right! Soup is nice and hot. I wish they can use fresh noodle then it will be a 10/10 for me. Chicken or beef is all they have! No menu. Please try!!!
Really good.The chicken broth is simple but very tasty.You can order half chicken/beef ,I tried both and i prefer half chicken and beef.Make note that when you ask for additional bean sprout you have to pay extra.All in all its worth every penny.?
Chicken pho + ice coffee + beef ribs. Noodles taste fresh, chicken is free range, coffee very strong, nice amount of meat on the ribs. It's a large portion of food, you won't leave hungry.
Once you sit down, they ask you right away: chicken or beef, regular or spicy. $15 per bowl tax in tips in. Lots of noodles and a good amount of meat. Slightly sweet soup. Quick in and out meal!
