Always wanted to try dining here for a full meal.It wasn’t very busy today on a weeknight. Yet sometimes the place feels a little understaffed. The waitress has many responsibilities that don’t involve serving tables and checking on the diners. We found the entrees are very well priced overall. The only item we didn’t like tonight was the fettuccini Alfredo that showed up completely tasteless. The table next to us ordered the exact same thing and both tables asked for salt and pepper after two bites lol.The presentation is great and the waitress was very friendly +1 star. Also, if the guests don’t have to get up and check what desserts are still available at the front of the restaurant, that would be more comfortable.
Great service and friendly staff. The ambiance is also very lovely. I would try to have lunch here one day. The space is open and very bright.I ordered an almond milk latte and maybe it was the beans they used but I found the flavor overly bitter. My colleague had regular drip and also had a similar opinion that the flavour was on the bitter side.Although I didn't try them today. The pastries looked delicious.
This place is AWESOME!!!!First time visiting Paul Cafe and I was simply amazed by the ambiance, coffee, and pastries here! The service was outstanding and the presentation of coffee and pastries were beyond what I imagined!!! Very modern decoration and loved their giant TV on the wall! The coffee and tea were super tasty and all the pastries I tried were delicious! I can’t wait to come back for more and try their food dishes!Perfect spot for dates, studying, family gatherings or probably any occasion! This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars and I will visit here every time I am in Vancouver and I recommend you to do the same!!!
Feels a little bit like being in a café in Paris. The food is great and the service top notch
Amazing food and pastries Lovely staff and surroundings
Food was better than expected. Coffee (we had latte and drip coffee) was amazing with pastries. Ambience was nice and cozy. Will definitely go back.
It was a lovely place; making a reservation was a good idea because it is quite busy, trendspot. Good service, beautiful decor, and amazing crepe! And my cappuccino was yummy plua the free delicious croissant! The savoury ham and egg crepes were buttery and creamy with quality ham and a perfect green salad. We were quite disappointed with the two tarts we chose from the bakery, we expected a lot better for the hype.I would definitely go back for the coffee and crepes, the baked goods...not so much. Overall,a must visit!
Good pastries ?? Cozy ambiance ❤️
They have a serious staffing issue, and their kitchen has a huge quality check problem. Our server Robyn was lovely but unfortunately overworked and as a result, was not able to attend to our table much. A glass of wine takes a long time to come. The food has a quality problem. The steak was not cooked to the correct temperature, medium rare was blue rare for one steak, rare for another. The fries were good but the dark colour indicated it may have been fried too long, re-fried again, or the oil was old. Unless they resolve these issues at the management level, I wouldn’t recommend this place at this time.
The best place ever been! Good ambiance, good wine , good food, and good coffee!
