The garlic cheezy bread had no flavour and the dip was ordinary. It seemed like some of the ingredients used were stale or poor quality. I didn't enjoy the pizza so much. Had the chipotle chicken pizza. I don't think I'm going to try this again.
Ordered recently and find their pizza’s need more flavour and zest. Maybe it’s just this location.
BEWARE OF HAIRS IN THEIR PIZZAS!! A couple days ago I picked up pizzas from this location only to discover after getting home that there are hairs in the pizza. The hairs were baked alongside the cheese and veggies ? It was pretty disgusting. Not to mention my wife and I lost our appetite seeing this and threw away the pizza.I called their customer service twice about it and their only response was that the store owner will call you but no one did. I have even shared photos and videos of this on the email they provided and yet no follow up. Overall, I have lost trust in Panago and their hygiene standards.
I have tried multiple different pizzas over the past year from here and they have all been surprisingly good and unique. Flavours are excellent and delivery is accurate and quick. These pizzas are just too damn delicious!

I just wanted a good old-fashioned, deep dish and not pay an arm and a leg pizza for dinner to hopefully help me deal with this insane hangover I was fighting. In the same ballpark, I prefer Panago over Domino's and Pizza Hut in the Vancouver area, and yes, their yummy dips has something to do with it. They have like a dozen different dips and each one changes the taste of the slice you're putting it on...it's crazy! Try it sometime.I got a large 1/2 Panago Classic and 1/2 Steak and Mushroom.They were both delicious. First off, the dough, the cheese and all the ingredients were fresh or tasted like it anyway and the contrast between the two halves was nice. One was with white sauce and the other with organic tomato sauce. It was a take-out order and by the time we got home it was still piping hot, which tells you what?......it was made to order and not pre-made.The next morning I heated it in the microwave and the cheese was stretching.....yup..just like the commercials! :)Ok..enough of Pizza.
I order from here once in a while, and food quality is almost consistent each time, and delivery service is very quick, I live very close to the store though. Sometimes the pizza can be a little too greasy but it's delicious nonetheless
They are so friendly and pizza is in a very good quality they can prepare it in 10 minutes and you can have it outside with your dog as well ?
Past 3 orders have just been awful. Nothing is tasting remotely fresh. Not wasting money here anymore.
