The food is ok. Not consistent with the servings. Ordered sinigang through Uber with a colleague at work it was embarrasing as it had 2pcs of meat and a some tomato. Ordered kare kare and they didnt include the paste that makes it tasty. This was ordered through the new Fraser location. The service at Joyce however is garbage. There was only one nice lady. The rest are not friendly.

My family and I have been regular customers of Pampanga since 2019. We understand that prices now are higher everywhere but at least please fill it up like how you're supposed to fill up a small container for you dishes. We ordered 2 meals filled up only HALF dishes each! I was so excited to be able to buy their munggo as it is my favorite dish of theirs but today was just disappointing because it was mostly soup and only filled half the small container.. We would still come back for their dishes but if they continue to serve us half of each dish after jacking up the price...then sad to say we don't think it is worth it coming back..

Food is good but there is very little seating

Delicious!!! My Mexican boyfriend loves the sisig so much. He even put it to his tortillas to make a sisig taco. He asks me if I can make it, heck no. HAHAHA. He asks me when can we go back to buy more! Recommended! ?

Pampangas cuisine Restaurant does not respect their customers at all! My friend and I went there one afternoon to have a snack. I asked how much a small cup of a dish is and when she said $6.50, I just said , oh the cost it’s higher now. I noticed the server behind the counter whispered to another and said that all the prices are higher now. There was a sign of irritation in her because of my inquiry. My friend ordered a few dishes to take home. When we sent down to eat our rice and a couple of dishes, my friend noticed her tablespoon is dirty with dried food in it. She placed the spoon aside and when I started eating, I smelt my spoon was also dirty and smelt awful like it was used in a fish with fish and never washed after.I brought the spoons to the woman at the back to complain but she denied what I was showing her as untrue. I made her see it and smell it but she got so angry and said many untrue accusations that I can’t believe the other servers and a male cook have made stories against me like I was complaining about the prices and they are barraging me all together. I got so mad with their attitude so o have to say to the woman to stop or I will report you. She suddenly stopped and my friend talked to her that she was arguingwith me for nothing that I said or do. My friend was offended too specially when this woman told us that we should not come back to their little carinderia ever again. That was a big display of rudeness, gossiping among these Filipinos who have not been trained properly on what their job entails. The health department should investigate their cleanliness situation, and they should close this one just like they do to other non compliant restaurants.I have to take up the challenge they provoked us and will never eat there again. That way we will avoid all the fatty dishes they serve that can cause serious cholesterol illnesses among the clients. We will not eat there ever again and hopefully other Filipinos will choose better places because there are more choices of Asian restaurants with better customer services and more reasonable prices. Letting you know that this restaurant has not adapted to the Canadian standards in their service, manners , and undeniable mentality of the bakya palenkera crowds.

I visited here today morning and I was so regretful and happy at the same time because I finally found this great place now?. I am not a Phillipina but I was having some kind of homesick of the Phillipines. I missed Jolibee spaghetti and Pork Sisig at Mang inasal. So I ordered combo 2 ( spaghetti, sisig, plain rice, garlic rice(extra cost)). All of them was only $15. I was so surprised that the price is not reflecting where I am. If they are this much cheap and tasty, I want to come here every morning...!!!! I came home and I opened the foods and ate them. They are heavenly delicious. I almost cried when I had a bite of the spaghetti. It is the same flavor as I had in Jolibee. And sisig was also great. I love the subtle calamansi flavor in the sisig. although it was different from Mang inasal, it was still very good. Some parts are crispy and some are meaty. That is the point of sisig!!!! And Garlic rice was really great. Every single bite made me enjoy the garlic flavor and it lingered in my mouth for a long time. I want to try other cuisines next time. I wanted to add photos but I was so excited as soon as I opened the food box.. foods are gone now?‍?️. I will visit again soon so I can update photos?

Last night my friends and I went there for dinner because it was recommended to us by our friends that the foods are good . It was our first time to dine there and we were excited because we were just close by the area. The food was good but the service was so terrible. Employees were all rude they even told us not ask something that were not there. We will never ? go back there to eat. There’s a lot Filipino restaurants who appreciate their customers and have good food and enjoy the food. We were not going back to a restaurant that have good food but terrible service. NOT RECOMMENDED !!! .

Tasty! I love how much vinegar they put in the Sisig, very crispy and slightly hot. Pleasantly surprised by how beefy the Bulalo soup is, good portion of meat and cabbage and bok choy inside. Only complaint is I wish the lady had topped up my soup to lip of the cup, she kind of left a bit of space but maybe that's so it wouldn't spill in the to go container? Anyways, I will be back!

Rude and Dishonest Cashier -JOYCE BranchI had an encounter with the cashier Feb22, 6:30pm. I was in the lineup and a nice staff member served me what I ordered (laing, pinakbet, turon and buko pandan dessert). When I was at the cashier, I noticed there was an extra container in my order so I asked the cashier what that was. She did not answer me but instead she set pushed the container aside and told the other staff that the customer (me) did not know what it was and that she said it was "nothing".ME: Ano yan? .. "What is that?"(pointing to the extra container)CASHIER (looking at the staff) : Ano daw yan, sabi ko wala. " She is asking what that is, I said that it was nothing). Itabi mo na. "Set it aside".At that point she put away the extra container and did not answer my question. Did she not realize that I was just in front of her and I could hear what she was telling her co-worker?I felt that something was off. I told the cashier that you have to be honest to your customers. I was asking what that was because I did not really know what the extra item was since I do not often buy from Pampanga's Cuisine. At that point, the nice staff who took my order heard that I was not happy , and I overheard her voice saying "Oh! That is Free RICE" (Free rice yan dahil nag order kayo ng 2 ulam). So I got back at the rude cashier and told her that if a customer is asking you, you should answer them truthfully. Give the customer the correct information! But she never gave me the item because it was already out of sight and it was too embarassing for her to bring it back out. She wanted to one up a customer since the customer did not know anything about a promo? This is a shame and is a cheap trick. I left the store with her telling me that she has many other customers to serve! When I got home, I called the restaurant to ask for the manager in charge but the person was not there so I asked if the person on the phone was the one who served me at the cashier tonight. I recounted my story and she said it was her and her name is Delia. I told Delia that I was disappointed at the incident, and then she accused me that I told her that I did not want that "free rice" ....which is funny and unbelievable!! Delia said that she did not have time to talk to me and just talk to Edith and accused me of harrassing her! She also told me that next time I come back she will give me double free rice! No Thank You! And then she banged the phone on me!I am NOT interested in your free stuff but please communicate well with your customers. Improve your lousy servcie. Train your staff and cashiers on how to treat customers with respect.

I always buy my meal for the entire week with them and most of the time I do pay attention to the wonderful dishes that was laid in front of us every time I went inside the store NOT on what's written on their board. The staff particularly the boss became irritated when she told me that i have to add one dollar extra for other viand that I choose...I was surprised with the additional pay and asked "ay ganun po?" and her remarks "Magbasa ka kasi" (in a loud voice) and I just said "sorry naman po" and she continuously embarrassed me by telling her staff "oh Maritess sasabihan nyo mga costumer kahit nandyan sa board di nila alam, kahit paulit ulit, di ko type! dito sila sa kaha nagrereklamo!" I just replied "hindi ko lang po alam and kept quite"..and she did not stop from there and continued ranting that it was up long before pa...After payment I said thanks and left the place feeling embarrassed. My fault for not reading your board, but I do not think that I deserved to be treated that way. God Bless you po..I am a paying costumer po you can tell me nicely but to do that it's a big no po...even the girl next to me is not aware that they have to add a dollar for some menu...it is not the money po I can pay po, just tell me po nicely.
