One of my favourite roasters in the city. Great selection of whole beans, coffee drinks and baked goods
Nice space in a great location - ample parking too. Coffeee and food is very good too. Friendly and engaged staff who know their stuff (coffee). Only slight negative is confusing seating rules - some covid-based (like ´hygenised’ tables) and others to keep people from using laptops at certain tables. It was a tad unclear where we could actually sit. However, worth it!
Just had an oat milk Capp (lovely!), a vegan blue berry and passion fruit muffin (delicious) and best of all a vegan portobello mushroom sandwich. The bread is fresh and doesn’t scratch your mouth and the flavour perfection. I would eat this everyday if I could. Bravo!
This was a nice café to have a quick breakfast at while I was early for a meeting in the area. I had the avocado toast and an iced Americano. The toast was decent and filling enough. I like that the bread wasn't too thick or hard.
Coffee is nice, staff are nice, atmosphere nice, meek food. For such a nice place you’d think they would have tasty pastries and sandwiches. I’ve had better croissants at Starbucks.
Noticed this location on my commute to work and decided to stop in (it's not super close to work but I was curious)On my first visit, the barista with the red hair took the time to actually help me find a whole bean coffee that I would like based on my tastes. Great service, so I started coming back more frequently.Pallet coffee is now all I brew at home. I make an effort to stop at Pallet everyday on my way in to work. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Thanks Pallet!
This place knows how to make a good cup of tea! I get so frustrated if a place charges $3 for tea and just throws a tea bag in water. Pallet Coffee Roasters do not do that! They steeped tea leaves in a special pot with a timer beside it. When the timer went off, they pressed the tea into the mug, leaving all of the tea leafs in the pot! The tea was delicious! I will have it again!

Starting my Saturday with the Worst flat white ever and this is their second attempt. First one was under extracted and this one is over extracted both with bubbles. When I told the barista that flat white is supposed to have a uniform micro foam she said this is correct it was just sitting there for a while !!!!
