It's a very spacious place with the normal varieties of coffee, hot chocolate, some bakery (some vegan) and a few options of brunch like sandwich, eggs, etc. I went with my friend to have coffee during brunch time and they tasted really good. When we went the place was not crowded and it felt really cozy inside. The tables are distributed all over the place which gives you the sensation that you can join wherever spot you feel comfortable with. I think this is good now that we do the social distancing stuff.My chocolate was not too sweet and very flavored and my friend's coffee was black roasted with a lot of smell.This is a good option if you want to stop by and enjoy a rich coffee with some muffins or just to hang out with your friends. It's not that pricey and the staff are very kind.We spent a few hours talking and sharing that we were thinking to have a sandwich or something but I believe that will be for the next time we decide to go back which will be soon because we are the kind of people who like to enjoy having coffee in a nice place during a chilly day.
One of the best (if not the best) coffee you can get in Downtown Vancouver. I recently relocated from Melbourne, Australia, so my coffee standards were very high. Literally the only coffee that taste like real good coffee around. I would never understand why people line up at Starbucks to pay expensive sugary fake coffee. Staff at Pallet is also lovely. Alexa is always greeting you with a great smile. I highly recommend that place.

Wow, absolutely amazing specialty coffee. Had a molasses process coffee as a pour over and it was so good I had to buy one of their t-shirts. Such a kind staff as well, thank you for the experience!

While I love the coffee a lot I’m disappointed with the way they treat people when they bring their own mug. I realize Covid is a thing I feel like a second class citizen when I bring my own mug which is every time. Covid is not passed through touch so I don’t understand why they have super strict restrictions when you bring in your own cup. Funny how environment has gone out the window with this pandemic
