It is the second time I'm trying to have a coffee and a scone at Pallet on Broadway and the answer is "sorry, there are 2-3 minutes until closing, we're not able to use the heating machine, we turned it off". I believe that if the schedule goes until 3pm, then the customers should be able to receive a warmed up scone, should they need one, until 3PM, not until 2.57pm only!! To your attention!
Pallet Broadway has some of the best staff and service of any coffee shop in the city. It’s been my local for almost five years and I’ve been countless times - the coffee, sandwiches and pastries are always on point. I also love that it’s stroller friendly.
One of the best quality coffee in Vancouver, I also got I think it was called the lemon raspberry loaf, very very tasty would definitely come back, you won’t be disappointed of the coffee or pastries!
wanted to get my usual coffee but in a different spot! Pallet this time! The shop was following all of the COVID-19 rules and regulations, with guidance on where to stand and sanitizer available all around the shop! The service was spot on, the Australian girl who served me was very polite and gave me really friendly service. The coffee and pastry's were all insane too! will definitely come back again! I ate 8 croissants
Cute little cafe, but I thought the coffee tasted vinegary and not very good. Also, I walked in at 2:50, as I needed to wait for my child for about an hour. They gave me my coffee so I sat down with my book around 2:55?. Then I noticed a staff closing and locking the entrance. I asked what was going on and she said "oh, yes, we close at 3". I had to go over to Blenz across the street and buy another coffee so I could sit there instead. I understand if it was at least 5 (though that's still crazy early in my opinion), but who would expect a coffee shop to close at 3????? If it is a staffing issue, it would be nice if they make it REALLY clear that they close at such early hour.
I once loved Pallet Coffee until a few months ago when there was a changeover in staff in July. I can’t afford the time to go here anymore. Way too sloooow taking & preparing the order. Often min 4-5 people standing around looking at each other waiting for their coffee drinks. Please remove the Australian woman from the cash, she’s clearly overwhelmed with her job.
First time at Pallet Coffee today, I was the only customer placing an order and I ordered a london fog to go, but I didn't realize till after leaving the coffee shop that they forgot the syrup. Not a very good experience and it was a long wait.
This may be my new spot! From Seattle so I tend to be a coffee snob… the espresso and brewed coffees are delicious! And the vegan blueberry passion fruit muffin is amazing. I went at 11am on Saturday and it was still warm! Love the vibe and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place.
Gurrrrreat coffee! Lovely healthy breakfast and friendly staff
Best pallet by far (and they're all pretty good) always great coffee and service.
