Excellent food and excellent service. One of the best brunches I've had. Very tasty. Egg was perfectly runny. Lamb and the sauces matched very well. I saw other people's dishes eg French Toast and the size was decent!!Only issue was the knife was dull and so when cutting the toast of my Lamb Bistro Toast, I was causing the table to shake because the knife couldn't cut through the crust.
Such a great place for brunch! The interior is beautiful, the service is fantastic and the food is amazing.I highly recommend the avocado toast. For the hot cakes, it’s a lot more dense and heavy than I expected, I would recommend ordering the mini as it is quite filling.
I visited Palate Kitchen for the first time with my girl friend on Victoria Day and it was lovely. The food, the service and the ambience. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff was always ready to help, the premises were extremely clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is brilliant. I would definitely come back again. 10/10
Best French Toast ever. The food is fresh and tasty, and doesn’t weigh you down. The avocado toast was so smooth! We got scrambled eggs on the side and they were simply amazing. Coffee is roasted in house and you can taste it ☕️. This is a must when you’re in town! To top it off the service is so friendly
Lovely place. All food is Great. We tried High tea - can’t complain!!! Maybe - just be more private , but it’s ok.Two levels restaurant- second floor is mostly for high tea, first for other food.Everything tasted good!
Great food and service! The atmosphere was very nice too, very spacious! They offer a wide variety of food meaning there is breakfast and brunch before 2pm, then there is high tea! We were there only for brunch but would love to try their high tea next time! Would definitely go back again and recommend to others!
Wonderful experience! They were a bit short staffed, but they hustled and were super friendly. Food was delicious. We got the palette breakfast, Fjord toast, the mini hot cake with berry marscapone, classic mimosa, and then Vancouver mimosa. Highly recommend!
Amazing place, fast service and delicious food! I ordered Bianca Halloumi and it was the best I ever tasted! They even included the small sprouted leaves on top. And the helpful waiter offered a sharper knife to use for all of us. The best part was, they didn't spoil the taste with pouring ketchup over it (which seems a common practice in many places). And I love it! Will surely visit them again to enjoy the delicious sandwiches.

I cannot rave enough and how delicious and elegant coming to Palate Kitchen for high tea was. Every item on the menu, both savory items and desserts, was so good that it was hard to pick a favorite.What makes this high tea really worth the value was that you not only got a choice of tea but certain cafe menu items such as cappuccinos and tea lattes were also available to you! I ordered a chai latte with oat milk for one of my beverages which is something I haven’t experienced at other high tea places.The restaurant was brightly lit with super high ceilings and pretty decor.Wait staff was also very attentive with bringing more tea, communicating last call to us, and overall very friendly. I really enjoyed coming here and would bring others back to enjoy it as well.
