Awful service. The girl who served us was rude and feeling lazy. She threw on the tray out drink, for $15 she put small amount of rice and calamari (the location at Metrotown give us double of that!!!!) she just threw on the plate the onions for the calamari. The guy just threw upside down my sauce for the fries... they didnt even give us forks or spoons not even tissue. We had to ask them twice!!! Very rude customer service and not willing to work!! The worst ever.
Worst service ever gone there about a handful of times and each time it gets worst and worst. Greek ppl are friendly and cheerful but the ppl working there seem unenthusiastic and not happy to be there. I am customer service oriented and I do work in the service industry and I know at times it can be stressful but that is no reason to give bad service and a little bit of food for ur hard earn money . I make my money and if I chose to give a business my service I expect to be treated with a lil bit of respect. I would rather go to the one in Metrotown than to back to one on Granville and Georgia…..Very disappointed customer
I ordered just a while ago,the lady whose making the food take the order while using the gloves on,then take off when the customer 20 dollars,the gave the change.after that no handwashing!put on again the old gloves.they need to be mindfull that the money is so dirty and they are preparing food.To the management.I hope you read this,orient your staff properly.They need to have a good customer service.thank u
I ordered an opa platter with a drink, first of all was shook that it all costed me 17$. As soon as I took the first bite I was so disappointed. The rice was the worst, extremely over cooked & mushy. The potato was flavourless, it was all just a flop. Honestly just made me sad for the price I payed I was hoping for a half decent meal. The chicken was the only part I could eat, never getting the opa platter again & never going back to this location ever.
It was one of the best experiences I have so far in the food court. The Opa team was so friendly and they deal everything with patience, Everyone is so hardworking. Really appreciate !!!????
Fresh food great taste and service
We ordered a Caesar salad, and the lady serving us had gotten to the end of the bowl she was serving out of. Instead of grabbing a new batch, she decided that the amount in our container was enough, even though it was about half the typical serving size. We paid $8 for about half a cup of lettuce with dressing, and neither of the 2 staff members behind the counter seemed to mind. The food here is a decent option at the mall food court when it is fresh and cooked right, but the service and pricing could use some review by management.
Disappointed with the bowl. Would have made sense if it was a bowl version of a wrap but it doesn’t even come with lettuce or cheese which are listed as toppings to choose from. Tiny piece of chicken. 90% rice. Not worth it.
Awful customer service each and every time. Last week I went to order food and they were standing in the back directly behind the cash register in eye sight arguing with each other. Both looked directly at me and just kept arguing. I ended up walking away and going elsewhere. Today went to pick my already paid for for online order and once again they were so overwhelmed and didn't seem to know what was going on and rude. This location used to be the best now it's the worst.
Consistently awful.Staff is never wearing masks, they have an extremely apathetic attitude if you can get their attention off their phones to order and recently I watched one of the men working wipe the sweat off his head with his gloves on before he started preparing an order. EW.Staff would benefit from re-training on customer service and I would recommend a health inspector to come in ASAPOpa has been my go-to at every mall my whole life and this is only place I’ve had multiple issues.
