Only U is a great spot for breakfast! The service was on point! the chai latte was the best I have had in this city! The special classic breakfast was simple yet exceeded all my expectations

Great place for breakfast the spicy eggs were so flavorful. I got in when the place was empty the Staff, pricing and food were great. While I was there I was able to get some work done and by the time I left the place was pretty full.

I had a similar experience to what others are saying. They don't follow instructions. My eggs benedict was a disgusting mushy bowl of soup.I specifically said "no runny". I ordered from here and their food made me physically sick. I called they did not even apologize, just kept arguing and arguing. They need to put their pride away and apologize and say sorry if they make a mistake.
The first brunch place I visit UBC campus. Only U Cafe offers all the dishes associated with a classic and regular brunch, such as omelette, egg Benedict, harsh brown, and etc. The meals are decent with reasonable price given its location. It’s definitely a pleasant experience to dine outside under the shade and watch egg yolk leaking out and “harmonizing” with the harsh brown. I wouldn’t considered Only U Cafe as a top-one brunch place in Vancouver, but it’s certainly friendly and approachable. 4 stars to the food and 1 star to the cute and deft server that incredibly served almost all the tables on his own :) don’t know his name unfortunately :(
