Was on a trip to Vancouver for a few days with some friends, found this place on google when we were looking for a place to past time before our check in at the hotel. REAL GEM, owner is suuuuper friendly and knows his tea and has some special drinks that are definitely worth trying. We went there 3 times in our short stay.

Best selection of loose leaf tea. Cold blaster tea is also great! Love the daily soup as well.
I have been coming here for years! The cold blaster tea, Hermes Orange, and my “red velvet” tea (raspberry tea & chocolate) are my favourites! The Tuna-melt sandwich is heaven in your mouth, and the grilled coconut bun is such a nice light snack. Wilson is so great to chat with, you will not be disappointed with Ocha-Tea Bar!
