Great service, great food. We love this restaurant.

They have awesome burrata!!!!

First time here and really outstanding. Kinda sad it took us so long to get here. Some of the best pizza I have had in the city. Soft and firm all at the same time, what’s a girl not to love about that!! Portion sizes were large and we couldn’t finish everything! Service was absolutely phenomenal, so kind and warm, nothing left wanted for. 10/1 can’t wait to come back.

Had dinner on a Monday night, restaurant was very quiet (only 3 or 4 other tables of people) and the food took rather long to arrive. Server was very pleasant and the food was tasty but the portions were much too small. I'd say everything was 10-15% overpriced. I'll like explore other options for Italian food elsewhere in the area before coming back.

We take calamari and Pitza both are amazing! Specially their homemade chili oil the smell is supper!!

Absolutely love Novo. Amazing cocktails that pair well with their delicious food. Always amazing service, we love Marius! Have taken friends and family to this spot and they all love it.Not too loud, very comfortable. One downside is the bathroom is down a flight of stairs.

We had a great dining experience here at Novo. The service was friendly and the food was great. Definitely would recommend checking this out if you're in the mood for some good Italian food. The pasta and meatballs were amazing.

The pizza was absolutely delicious (perfectly thin and not falling apart after picking up a slice) plus the lamb risotto was different. The ambience was nice as well. I would definitely go back and try something else on the menu.

Good service, friendly place for lunch or dinner. We ordered pasta, but for sure, we'll be back to eat the pizza options.

I would not recommend this place. They have OVERCHARGED ME THREE SEPARATE TIMES on my meal by charging me $23 instead of $16 (44% MARK UP!). The first two times, I thought the price was strangely high, but since I was doing takeout, I didn't bother to check. The last time, I dined in and asked for a menu to check the price before paying since the price was, again, strangely high. I pointed it out to the server who updated the price, but didn't seem surprised and didn't apologize (which makes me think it's a frequent occurence...as if three times wasn't enough).I later e-mailed Novo about it, and the Front of House Manager offered a refund for the difference or to mail me a gift card (note he didn't deny it). Given this poor practice, I should have opted for the former, but we are in a pandemic and the hospitality industry has been hit hard, so I chose the latter and said I could pick it up myself to save them the hassle of mailing it. I received no reply. I followed up to my e-mail, but received no reply yet again. I would definitely not recommend this place due its poor and unethical service.
