The girl at the front was very rude. Poor customer service. We paid for extra gravy and gave us no extra. When we asked for it she said u have to pay more. What is this. Why should we have to pay twice

Some of the soggiest french fries I have ever tastes. I can see there’s a deep fryer but it tastes no different from microwaved fries. The service workers are nice though.
Food was ok. Can’t understand the cashier gave me a wrong order. Will not order from here again
Hi all staff at this location below average service 1star or 1/2star is this the way you run this operation shame shame on you all just order some hot dogs combo today to go I feel I don't have to expect to ask for condiments that naturally go with the hot dogs anyway got home to find NO condiments napkins or straws for my drink wow ? do you all want to save 30 cents by not adding in the basic to enjoy the hot dogand Loose a 10 or q2 dollar sale get your staff retrained or hire better staff that enjoy thir jobs remember no customers = no money for awful service just saying ?
I should not even give one star. I order classic poutine. And when i get my order after one hour wait. Its all cold dry fries with even no cheese and gravy. I just wasted my money. There was no fork with my order. And when i call they didn't answer the call not even call back.

I have visited this location countless times and here are my thoughts.To begin, the staff at this location are extremely friendly, just recently I made a mistake in my order and they were happy to refund and let me pay the difference which truly was such a kind gesture.Second, the food at this location never fails to impress me, I usually go with a regular classic poutine and it's hot and ready to go, it makes you feel like every $ is well spent, overall, if you haven't tried out the food at this NYF you really should, they provide exceptional customer care and exceptional taste.
