Great location in Hudsons Bay main floor. A modern, relaxed and minimalistic Nespresso Boutique branch with the entire selection of stocked coffees for all pod types as well as machines and merchandise.The server was pretty rude, completely blanked and ignored me the majority of the time and wasn't very engaging.Apart from that, a great location to stock up on the latest Pods in the heart of downtown just on Granvile.Try the Master Origin Nicaragua La Cumplida Refinada, my favorite and a dope espresso experience!!No in store tasting.
Extremely rude female staff, but great location. I have visited there for three times and will never go back- I'd rather order online. She seemed very irritated by something.. I don't understand why she was so rude to my husband and I. We just wanted to buy the capsules we always get, so there was nothing to assist very much. I hope she just had a bad day. I had great experience with a male staff at my first visit, so I'm giving a star for him.
The Nespresso boutique employees are helpful and give good suggestions on which coffee to buy. they do not have in store tasting though. However, the hudson bay staff that sells nespresso machines on floor 5 was horrible. They got irriatetd when i asked questions, did not want to help and seemed non interested. They did not place a delivery order for me cuz it would take "time".

The service is getting worse. Aside from the name of the capsule, nothing explains how it is different. They don't even tell you the price. (Thanks to that, I bought a special that was twice as expensive as usual.) .The staff's words were short and rude. (I am not sure. if it was because he didn't know anything about the stuff he was selling, or if he didn't like me.)

I purchased a gift for my father in law today (cappuccino cup/saucer set plus 4 sleeves of coffee) and the staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful! I was greeted right away and everyone was so friendly and warm.Josh and Yashar are awesome, they helped me pick out the gift and even packaged it up beautifully for me in a gift bag. They really made the shopping experience very easy and smooth - Thank you gentleman!
An amazing selection of everything you can find and need for your Nespresso machine. Sales personnel are very helpful.
Nothing against this location but the company is the worst company to deal with. The machine broke and unrepairable just shortly after the warranty expired (1year), makes it a very unreliable machine.Customer service is a pain to deal with. Painful experience. And I’m a kinda person who hard to make mad.
