Desprite making noon lunch appointment, waiting time was still half an hour on a weekday. No greeting or smile by server at front counter. Our party has asked server about our appointment update and was ignored 3 times with no acknowledgement. This restaurant was poorly managed. Recommend to avoid at all times.
Pretty decent food; the Beijing duck was yummy. However, some staff were not polite. Our waiter was half rolling his eyes as we took a bit longer to look at the menu.
My husband and I had just arrived to downtown Vancouver via cruise ship. After a midday, hotel checkin we headed out to explore the nearby area. We love Asian and Vietnamese food and happened upon the Neptune Palace as we were hungry and wanting a rest. We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Beef With Onions and Pork-stuffed Wonton Soup to bring back to our hotel. Our order was ready within 15 minutes and we were on our way. Upon opening the bag, amazing aromas flowed out. The containers were huge, the servings were literally days-worth of food. The Beef with Onions and the Pork-filled Wonton Soup were flavorful, filling and made with quality ingredients. SO MUCH FOOD. The Chicken Fried Rice contained loads of tender chicken and vegetables. There, unfortunately, wasn't a lot of flavor to the rice but adding soy sauce helped considerably. We ate from that order for several meals. What a bargain.
Visit this restaurant yesterday. Upon ordered our food, we would not able to get any server to come for additional order until our food come. We order a 4 people dinner which suppose to come with HK style Crab but when it arrives, it seem very under sized and missing 1 claw and the other claw look like it was from a baby crab. The table next to us got almost all the attention compare to the everyone else in the restaurant and I think it because a couple of the people from that table is related to the restaurant owner. Would never again visit this place.
This is really fantastic place to hold event or party. Space is enough to holder 200 around peoples. The food was absolutely high end quality, no matter the outlook but also the taste, never let you disappoint, alway keep high level standard. Service is good, waitress and waiter keep checking your plate and anything you need. The stage, the screen is convenient for people to watch whenever you sit in there. . Strongly recommend you, your family or company gathering here.
Free 90min parking underground. Park in the spots reserved for those restaurant. Otherwise, you'll have to give your licence plate to the restaurant and they will make sure you get free parking.There is 15% off most items Monday to Friday if you pay your bill before 11:30am.Recommend- abalone seafood dumpling in soul (one huge dumpling). This one has great flavour, generous fillings and thin dumpling skin.- bean curd wraps with enoki mushroom- Siu mai

Well last sunday we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful restaurant!The food was fantastic the prices were reasonable the place was very posh inside! Chandeliers, big screen t.v.'s everywhere plus a huge tv screen maybe 15 ft x 10ft or bigger. The staff were very friendly along with the service. The food came quite quickly considering how busy it was. You get your temperature checked at the entrance by 2 methods by camera or a stationary hand heat detector plus they check your vaccination and i.d.There is plenty of free parking on level p2 or p3 if you park on level p2 in the Neptune designated spots you don't need to tell them your parking spot if you park in other areas of p2 & p3 you need to give them your parking stall and license plate number and it's a good idea to take a picture of your car parked in the stall if you have a smart phone.The tea they serve has a candle warmer to keep your tea hot which they are constantly filling.They have lunch specials like a whole cooked chicken for $12.00 if you spend $60.00 not including taxes, we took advantage of that offer.??I had to take pictures of their amazing bathroom with wall to wall marble and heated toilet seats that electrically changes its seat cover ?I was really impressed at the quality of food service and atmosphere of the entire restaurant.The other nice thing was the tables are not too close there is a generous place between tables. We will be coming back this friday to take advantage of their weekday specials? we love this place!!!They also do big party's and weddings etc. Check this place out you won't be disappointed ?
we enjoyed all the dishes as they were well prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. the presentations were most pleasing as well. service was excellent. environment is clear and tables were set apart as required for distancing. indoor parking is free on the second floor. orange level. you will find designated parking for the restaurant. remember your parking spot as it will be recorded by the restaurant staff. highly recommend.
When I drove to the parking lot at Marine Gateway. I was very lost trying to find parking near this Chinese restaurant. Luckily I found the parking area with the restaurant’s signs. There was 90 min free parking when we dived at the restaurant. It was great!We ordered 7 dishes. I forgot to take pictures of the dishes. Overall the food was good especially their pumpkin congee and desserts.The tea was good as well. The restaurant would give each table a container with a small candle, so we could heat up the water and add to the tea.The interior was spacious with lots of tables and chairs. There was also enough distance between tables and chairs.Overall the eating experience was great here especially my friends and I could eat and chat at the same time. The restaurant would not rush us to leave.
