Hadn't been to Nammos for 5-6 years, food was delicious before so wasn't sure what to expect on my recent visit. Food was amazing like I remembered, great atmosphere and our server Troy was friendly, on point and his service was excellent. Am a fan of this restaurant and will visit again soon!
They take advantage of takeout customers by serving tiny/inconsistent portions. This flimsy “double” portion cost us $36… barely fed one person lol. Their in-person servings aren’t much bigger, but this is ridiculous.FYI i called because i thought an order was missing, using very careful & kind language — unfortunately, they were indignant and shameless about this practice and made me feel dumb about not knowing how small their portions are. Convenient location, inconvenient experience. I’m done.
The decor is super cute, and the servers are very friendly and attentive! We ordered the lamp chop, vegetarian moussaka, and calamari, all of them are very delicious! We really enjoyed our lunch here, and we'd return 100%!

Great ambiance, delicious food, and our server Stephen was excellent. My only qualm is I wanted what I always go to Greek restaurants for: souvlaki, rice, lemon potato, and Greek salad on the same plate. I’ve had that at every Greek restaurant I’ve ever been to all over the world. This place, however, only offers souvlaki by the skewer, and there are no side options so you can build that classic combo yourself. You’ll have to get a huge plate of potatoes, huge Greek salad, etc at $13–15 a plate, so it doesn’t make sense. I enjoyed what I ordered, but I was very annoyed not getting that simple combo I went there for. I still recommend this place because they do so much right (especially well-trained servers), but I won’t go back until they at least offer a way to have my favourite dish or a simple way to build it like side potato, side Greek salad, etc. Do that and you’ll have the most loyal customer for life.
Cozy vibe, great service, food taste pretty okay (dish options are different from other greek restaurants). Portion is quite small for the price. Still worth checking out if you’re on Fraser St.
We just recently had our team holiday dinner at Nammos. They served us a family-style group meal that was delicious, beautifully presented and left everyone happy and very full. Friendly and hardworking staff did a great job ensuring folks with dietary restrictions (vegetarian or with allergies) were taken care of too. Well deserved 5-stars!
I ordered a takeout meal for my family on a saturday night. The person on the phone was easy to communicate with, our order was ready to go when we arrived 30 minutes later, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Portions were a fair size, and the food was nicely presented, even though it was take out. One word of warning- parking near this restaurant can be a challenge. Leave yourself a little extra time if you are driving there.
The location is perfect. The atmosphere was great and very relaxing. Big open space with nice decoration and colors. Very easy on the eye.The food was amazing. The portion was good. Not your average Greek restaurant where quantity overshadows quality. I would rather have a satisfactory meal then stuff my face with endless portion of rice and bad quality of salad. We ordered the Taramasalata, Greek salad, octopus, chicken and beef souvlaki. Delicious. The service was great. The server was very attentive, yet she let us enjoy our meal in peace. Obviously highly recommended.
We went there last Saturday evening from 6pm to 8pm (10 people including 4 kids). The food was good, however, the management is not very customer centric or maybe we were not their target audience.1) the menu was very small and no qr code was available. We had to use our mobile flashlight to see what we are ordering.2) the music volume was loud and we had hard time to hear each other. Even when I asked them to turn it a bit down, they forgot or ignored.3) starting from 7:30pm, they kept reminded us that we had to leave by 8pm. We knew that the table was booked by another party at 8pm so we were going to leave by 7:55pm and we did!4) they added 18% service charge which was fair but they didn't remind us and the tipping option was still enabled and we had to change it to zero with extra step.Overall, we liked the food and perhaps we were not their typical customers. That is also fair, I am just posting this review to inform those looking for a place to meet up and chat after almost 2 years of limitations, this place may not be an ideal. On a positive note, they followed the covid protocols carefully and checked our vaccine passports.
