Fondue was runny and tasted awful. Fruit consisted of half an apple, some terrible old dried out mandarin oranges and half a sliced banana and half a chopped up waffle. Terribly disappointed at a place that calls itself a “chocolate cafe”!
This Mink’s chocolate is over the top! Their chocolate drinks and milk chocolate bar is the best ever, and the friendliest customer service you can ever get!
omg, the chocolate is amazing! the bars are delicious and you can find great options for gifts. customer service was above and beyond. looking forward to go there again soon to try one of the beverages on the menu.

Grateful for above and beyond service.This is a long overdue expression of gratefulness from last year during the earlier stages of pandemic.With limited ways for our new baby to celebrate grandmother’s birthday due to newly placed strict social restrictions, we were looking for ways to send bonbon set beloved by our family to her workplace to be shared by her and her front-line working co-workers.Thanks to offering from Marc and Alessandra’s above and beyond service to walk the treats over, it created memorable first birthday celebration between the grandbaby and grandparent during the pandemic lockdown.
I stumbled upon this TREASURE y’day (a Monday) and WOW! Alexandra made me the BEST hot chocolate I’ve had in Vancouver and helped me select 8 of their elegant chocolate bars. Work took me to Japan later that day, but the minute we land back in YVR on Friday morning, I will be returning to Mink for more! The Taj Masala was AMAZING. Treat yourself to this luxurious necessity!
Delicious chocolate & Top notch customer service.Due to covid new work arrangements, I no longer is near their downtown location during work hours. During my “covid vacation time”, I happen to be near their factory and thought to pop by for my hot chocolate craving.Oh my I was so glad that I did! The lady is super nice even offered extra chocolates for my friend who did not get out of the car! I just miss their hot chocolate so much (most places in town make hot chocolate with syrup).Too bad they had to cut short of their opening hours during covid, hopefully I’ll get to visit them again for a nice cup of hot chocolate.
One of the best chocolate shops in town. They have a wide variety choices - their chocolate bars' flavours are creative and delicious. They use high quality ingredients to produce not only the chocolate base but also the complimentary flavours. A must try if you haven't had their bars or truffles!
