firstly the interior inside is beautiful, designed in a retro Hong Kong style aesthetic with neon signs and flyers! Tried the stuffed wings and HK style prawns, they were delicious, would go back to try the other food on the menu! Staff was friendly and service was fast! also we did want to try the squid pasta but they were sold out at the time, so I’ll have to go back to try!
Hidden Gem!! ?These stuffed wings are super tasty. 4 different based flavours with 4 different toppings combination to challenge your taste buds. Great menu selections for your curious and hungry belly. Classic and old school HK interior vibes.? FAV: 1. spicy fried rice crunchy michi with cheese topping. 2. spicy fried noodles with beef ribs & scrambled eggs 3. coconut red bean slush
Came here to get for dessert after being so full from Menya Itto. It was just okay honestly. The lava cake toast was an interesting choice to choose from. I personally think the drinks are very aesthetically pleasing. Check out the teddy bear milk tea hahhaha it looks very nice. Recommended sincd they are very instagrammable.P.s. the place is designed very nicely too!
Cute, cozy little restaurant with quick service and good food. We got the tomato and beef omelette rice which was very comforting and tasty. We also got the squid ink pasta and it was also delicious. The restaurant has a sort of nostalgic vibe which is nice. Would recommend! I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for this place, but if you’re looking for something comforting, warm, and hearty, the tomato and beef omelette is the dish to get!
The stuffed chicken seems pricey but it’s actually very filling, so I think it’s fair price. Ordering 1 or 2 to see if you can finish before ordering more. The spicy noodles w/ beef rib is very flavourful, I like the noodles but the rib is a bit dry.My most favourite dish here is the garlic prawns ? love it!!!Interior design is very unique with a retro touch.
Staff is very friendly. I ordered the milk tea and omelette rice with tomato beef stew (a must try). The omelette rice felt like a comfort food. It was absolutely delicious! The milk tea is cute and also really good.I'm already planning my next visit here with my friends! The whole aesthetic of the place is unique and very retro. My only suggestion to make it better would be to have something playing in the background so its not too eerily quiet. Maybe old songs or old classic movies playing on an old tv. Something that would fit the aesthetic of the place.Would definitely recommend anyone to try this place out!
I got the tomato and beef omelette rice. It was very yummy, but I wish there was a little bit more sauce ?Servers were very attentive and kind.Decor is cute too, very red though, so your photos will be difficult to edit. Some people say it's overpriced. Yes it was $20 after tax and tip just for the rice dish...but Robson rent is very expensive, and ingredients are expensive too. Plus I want the staff to be paid well. My mom would say "we can make this at home" though ??
A bit pricey, unique and retro interior design, good service, comfortable seating, food is above average. The menu design is fun too.We had a good time, nothing to complain.
Tried this place after walking by and noticing the cool interior. The food was good but too expensive for what it is so not sure I’d go back. Ordered the omelet rice with tomato beef stew and the original stuffed chicken wings. The rice was very good but very stingy with portion. The stuffed wing was good as well but not very special.
Stuffed wings were okay but nothing mind-blowing. Seemed pricey for what you get. The decor was appealing and unique, has a retro neon light vibe. Best one to try is the salted yoke with pork floss in my opinion. Was cool to try once.
