STAY AWAYThis is the absolute worst McDonald's. Corporate has to step in, as this is location is so improperly managed they have to be losing money. All orders are typically wrong, for whatever reason drive thru customer's are always asked to a pullover and wait in reserved spots as they can't keep up with the 2-3 cars in line. This store either runs out of pop, or fries and neglects to take the cost off your order. How much more can a manager mess up it's embarrassing. I recall going there for a drive thru order, I was told no pop, so I just left and went for something else. Seriously how can you go for a meal and not get fries and a pop lol. Your better than this McDonald's be better.
Today I went to this mc donalds and the service made me very upset. My family of 5 and I just ordered a couples of drinks, 2 happy meals, and 1 mc chicken. We ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes, and when we asked about our order multiple times the workers kept saying it will come out in a couple minutes. This was very disapointing because out of all the mc donalds I have been to, this one really let me down with a very simple order. When we talked to the assistant manager she said that they were very busy, I understood that but a lot of people whom ordered after us got there orders before us. They removed my number on the wait area tv, even though I havent even gotten the order yet. I understand that they were very busy when I visited. However they should try to bring out the food the quickest, to the best of their ability because this is a fast food resturant.P.s. They did refund however this experience was very unpleasent I hope when I come back you guys improve your service.
This is what I got from today's order. The big mac has NO MEAT! NO MEAT!CAN'T BELIEVE IT!I try to call this restaurant but no one answer the phone!
Went to the drive with the family, 2 kids 4-piece chicken nugget happy meals. Myself and the wife burger meals, kids screaming realizing only fries were in the happy meals boxes nothing else and all the fries were half sodden.
Maybe no other fast food and drive thur in the area, this place is always busy. I choose to walk in sometimes if too many cars lining up. But it still took me 30 mins wait for 2 happy meals.
I wish I knew the name of the drive threw attendant who took our order today because they had the most amazing voice ever and were super great - no confusion or anything, and super clear! I wish them the best on their journey to becoming a voice actor! I had the chills their voice was so crazy
Double check your order and receipt! Used the app to pre-order then ended up being charged for something I didn’t order and they also missed an item which I discovered when I got home. Went back and one person was really helpful and another argued with me.
I usually go to get my coffee the mornings I get early to work for only $1.5 I like the self ordering machines they have at 41st and east boulevard. Faster than other places.
Long wait. This location 90% gets your order wrong always check it before you . I have allergies and they don't read the special requests such as no pickles or tomatoes.. and definitely don't but extra bacon (or other toppings) you pay for . Lack of proper training and support.. I asked for extra cheese (paid for it ) they put the extra cheese in a separate container instead of on the burger
Went there last night around 9:30pm with a couple friends. All ordered a meal. Literally waited 20 min for our food despite being the only ones waiting. Even worse, one of the cooks in the back was not wearing a mask at all. Was touching all the food with his bare hands, then would wipe the counters clean of all the mess, then continued to make more food. I felt sick to my stomach. It’s not like I was sticking me head over the counter and seeing this, the kitchen is literally right there and the worker was closest to the counter. If I was watching that for 20+min while waiting for my food, then imagine how long that worker must of been doing that.
