Great food, good service. Tasty Hola2x

Staff are courteous & friendly! Food are great!

We were there in the restaurant during Canada day sometime 5pm. Food was great but after paying, one of the staff was rude while cleaning the tables. She was making loud noises and throwing a fit while doing her job. We were with our sleeping newborn and that totally woke her up. An action such as that is unacceptable especially if you’re in the customer service area. If you have an issue at home, please do not bring it at work. Definitely not worth the 15% automatic gratuity the restaurant charges.

This restaurant is overpriced. Also, they need to remove the auto 15% gratuity charge on yhe checks. I will not return to this restaurant again.

This is my fourth time dining in at this restaurant and I do have to say that their filipino food is delicious, well-prepared, and reminds me of home. But every visit my family and I are disappointed of how slow the service is even during off-peak hours.Another thing is the mandatory tipping, (they do have a sign at the entrance letting you know about this so you do have a choice to dine in or not) but with this I personally expect to receive consistent exceptional customer service.

Been coming over here through the years. Prices have gone high. Good sisig and liempo though!Be prepared to always wait up to 30mins or so even on slow time for food and the automatic 15% gratuity!Service is friendly!Would recommend occasionally!

It was a very nicely organized restaurant

First impression, restaurant smells of old and mildew. Service nothing special. Ordered their famous half chicken and side of rice. Spit the first bite of chicken. Tasted like the restaurant smells. Rice was dry and cold. Did not eat my meal. Got my check, complained and was offered a free dessert. No excuse for serving this type of food. Beware.

My first time trying Philippine Food, so I guess I'll start with the good parts first. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly, very happy and always smiling. That's not always the case at restaurants. All the food we ordered tasted great, lots of flavor, and everything arrive quite fast. We also got a couple of Buko Pandan for free since our order was over $50.Now the bad, our chicken was so overcooked that even the leg and thigh was dry. The breast was so dry that we were dipping in the Kare-Kare in order to eat it. For a restaurant that is suppose to specialize in fried chicken, it was disappointing. The ox tail in the Kare Kare was very tough. Ox tail needs to be stewed a long time and these weren't cooked long enough.Mandatory tips at a restaurant has always been a red flag for me. I should have the option to tip more if the service is good and tip less if the service is poor. I usually don't return to restaurants which has this policy in place.
