Can I give 0 star for the customer service here? The worst customer service ever!!!Used to love this place but I guess there were some changes in term of management and system last summer. Didn’t have the best experience with the new team but being a loyal customer of this brand, I still visited a couple times since their ice cream is great to be fair. the new team is just unacceptably rude, loud and unpleasant and today will definitely be my last visit here.My sister got an email from Marble Slab Creamery saying that she could drop by to claim a free birthday cone so we were kinda excited. We showed the only gentleman working at the time the email and he asked for a government ID. Sure, she showed him a government ID (BC Services card) and he asked for an ID with picture to verify the person. Ok fine, she showed him her passport, took the mask off for him to ensure that was her. He was already loud and rude and kept asking for a driver license. We explained that she didn’t have a driver license and wondered why passport was not enough to prove that was her. She then showed him her student card with photo. She got an email from YOU - YOUR COMPANY! Is this how Marble Slab Creamery treating customers on their birthday? Just 1 ice cream why???? So frustrating!We chose one flavour of ice cream only and since the email mentions one free ice cream cone we thought that they should well know which cone is for the free birthday cone. He just asked my sister to choose among those displayed cones there without further explanation so we just thought that they are all options we have for the free birthday cone.Ended up asking us to pay for the cone. Not big of a deal but we weren’t happy that he didn’t give us the mentioned free cone but asked to pick a different cone without any heads up about extra charge. We were already tired of this rude man so we just paid and wanted to leave asap.Once my sister paid, he literally just turned around and left without any Thank you/Good bye. We said Thank You to you for the very last time. Never come back and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this location at all cost! Terrible service
Good ice cream for a higher price than regular. Still, the idea of mixing it in front of you is fun
I went here to get some icecream on a summer trip to the beach and I gotta say the variety of flavors and the quality of the flavors is actually amazing the topping variety is also excellent you'll never run out of options here. You'd be missing out to not be coming here for ice cream

I love to eat their amazing cookie dough ice cream with chocolate nuts cone. The service is okay and slow during the busy time that make my ice cream melt so I have to eat it faster. The price is pretty expensive. Overall, I will definitely try other flavors.
Absolute nonsense. Very ridiculous. They weigh the ice-cream and dont even give you the amount that you paid for. 7 dollars for one scoop. So selfish, doesn't even make sense. Bought ice cream and gave my card to get stamped, but they didn't stamp it. Will never buy icecream from here again.
The WORST experience ever! If I could, I give them zero starI got Grape flavored ice cream and I wanted to have raspberry as a topping. The employee start loudly saying “who pick raspberry as a topping with grape ice cream , pick something else from all the toppings we have ..”and start naming them. Not only he embarrassed me in the store in front of everybody but decided to lecture me on how to pick my ice cream and toppings .. really??!I told him it’s my preference & my taste and I have the choice to pick anything I want but still insist about his point. He didn’t even bother to apologize for such behavior.Just wondering how hard it is to respect your customers and their taste, no manners not so ever.Never gonna go back again, i don’t recommend this place
Ice cream is good, but the lady (guessing the francisee owner) is very resistant to accept any of marble slab's benefits. Showed email and ID for the birthday offer on free ice cream and got some attitude from her. Used a coupon that is for 20% off cake and was told you can not use two coupons. I didn't know a free birthday cone is a coupon or promotional offer. Long story short, marble slabs ice cream is good, but be ready for attitude for any benefits, coupons or promotional offers.
The ice cream and flavours are good just like any other Marble Slab Creamery. They were very busy and no one was watching the line to make sure people were social distancing. It made me feel a little uncomfortable being close to other people.
